In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest land of more than 2000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with 140 and 160 double beds, a 120 sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

On the ground floor on one level, furnished classified 2 stars, close to all shops, opposite the covered market, minutes from the train station, and historical monuments (Saint Ayoul Church, Le Prieuré, Tour Notre Dame du Val). Easy and free parking behind St Ayoul church (to cinema and cultural center). Access to the historic city, in 10 minutes on foot through the shopping streets and the pedestrian street. May not be suitable for people with disabilities (a short walk).
