Holiday houses in Montereau

Maryse and Jean Louise are some of the post personable, thoughtful hosts we have encountered in Airbnb stays. From meeting us at 10pm after our train got in late, checking in over text, to meeting us to check out, they showed a real joy in making our experience happy. This showed itself also in the thoughtful way they provisioned the kitchen with useful items, such as a raclette grill and a salad spinner. We were able to make great salads, raclette, and crème caramel. Our kids appreciated the playmobile and other toys. The apartment has been lovingly restored, keeping a lot of its historic character without sacrificing comfort. Our only caution is that if you are tall, you might be cramped in the double bed with a footboard. We found Provins delightful , even in wet December weather. It’s a lovely place to walk. Across the street on Wed. and Sat. is an excellent fresh market. Great baguettes around every corner & historical buildings to explore made us sad to leave.

Charming and cozy apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and a cozy dining area. Very clean and enjoyable. The bakery in the city was a highlight. Depending on car to shop for food. Short distance to the forest with hiking and cotton opportunities.

charming house with a pleasant garden. large windows with sunlight! very nice stay, shops and restaurants within walking distance. perfect also with a car to get to nearby hikes and Fontainebleau and Nemours 15/20 min away. friendly host, our 6 year old son was delighted with the Legos available and the few books. we're holding the address!

Have a great family weekend to unwind. The house is well equipped and the comforts are there. The kids loved the play area. The hot tub and campfire are a real pleasure. I recommend it.

Very nice house, spacious, great for a birthday. Eva is very warm and cared for every detail of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, we did not want for anything. The garden is well maintained and the views are unobstructed. I would recommend it 100%

Very nice accommodation with a very nice living room for a WE with friends under the sign of conviviality. The area is beautiful with nice hikes nearby by the ponds or marshes. It makes you want to come back to sunny days! Transilien train station in Nemours Saint Pierre 10 min by car makes it easy to access. Tony was very responsive, flexible on check-in and check-out times and friendly. I highly recommend for a WE in the countryside!

Top weekend spent with friends at Virginia's. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste, very well furnished and equipped. It is ideally located to enjoy Provins, everything is nearby! And having an outdoor space is a real plus. Also Virginia is very pleasant, responsive and available. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful place to stay, in a peaceful setting. Ideal for a quiet weekend getaway, with adapted amenities. The accommodation is well-equipped, everything is thought to have a good time. I would highly recommend it

Very good accommodation for people working during the day. Pleasant and peaceful corner. For me, and this is only a personal opinion that does not question the habitat and its hosts, suffering from intense bodily pain, being hospitalized to relieve his severe pain, the bed was painful to me. Thanks to the hosts for their very pleasant exchanges.
