Holiday rentals with a patio in Montequinto

Truly loved our stay! Irina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. I highly recommend staying at this place.

The apartment is very clean, functional and 5 min to casa de Pilatos. It is very well equipped. Exchanges with Miguel are easy and enjoyable. The building is very quiet and is located on a fairly quiet pedestrian street and one of the two bedrooms is close to this passage. Restaurants and breakfast right next door.

We had a lovely stay at Jessica’s apartment. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the city centre attractions and many restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spacious and well designed and looked exactly like the photos. Jessica was a responsive host and on hand to help with any queries.

Veronica has been the best host I’ve had so far. She made great effort to meet us and made sure we knew everything which made our trip a lot more convenient

The place was clean in a residential area and provided everything we needed, instructions from Jorge Diaz were clear, there was paid parking right on the doorstep and free parking could be found if not bothered to walk about 10 mins

The hosts are so nice and the place is beautiful. Perfectly located. The lemons from the tree are a real treat.

This place is beautiful. Better than in the pictures. It is also in the best location. It’s also surprisingly quiet given that it’s in a busy area of the city. The hosts were super easy to deal with. They often responded within seconds to my messages. I highly recommend this host and the place.

Great apartment in tremendous location. Close by to everything and a couple of minutes away from the bus stop to the airport. Apartment was spotless with everything provided for. Comfortable with a great roof terrace. Maria was attentive to every query we had and replied promptly. We would most definitely return, we miss the place already!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It is on a small street with a plaza and orange trees. The inside is comfortable but stylish. There are great views of the plaza from the house. The third story has a beautiful balcony with a view of the Cathedral and Alcázar. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable with heat in all rooms (it was 50 during our week). You can walk everywhere, and there are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks. We walked to Triana Market and made two dinners at home. There was ample supplies for cooking (if you can avoid eating at all the surrounding restaurants). Carlos was responsive.

Loved the stay, very well located from Sevilla centro and a good area. The house is super clean, in addition to having details with us.

the neighborhood is perfect for doing anything on foot if you like market. Everything is about a 15/20min walk away. Lots of restaurants around petıt lunch, for dinner. only small downside is that it is a lively neighborhood and the accommodation is poorly soundproofed. the owner was accommodating to drop off our luggage upon arrival and we were able to leave it until 3pm also on the day of our departure. The place is not heated but as soon as we requested extra blankets, Angel Manuel brought us some right away. We recommend this place if you're not too difficult about noise.

Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

Amazing host we stay here for a month while we travelled in the region it was a great base. Location is great really close to sevilla but in a much relaxes town tomares. There you have everything you need stores supermarkets etc. if you want to stay in a great location and not break the bank antinio is your guy

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is simply amazing—spacious, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Very nice clean place. It was very spacious with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom space was big and felt nice. It was quite modern. The bed was decent. It has a full kitchen and many accessories to cook anything you need. He also left us some snacks, coffee pods and juice. The heating worked through the AC which is dual function. The place had washing machine which helped us a lot during our long trip. The internet/WiFi worked decent. The location is very central and walkable to every place in Sevilla. Gavidia is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

If you have a car, its easy to stay at Sue’s place, the parking right opposite the lift and go straight to the apartment. And if you are cat lover, her cats super friendly. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

Isabel María was a very kind and caring host. As soon as I arrived, he showed me the apartment and explained everything there was to know, there was also a welcome gift! The place is perfect, well maintained, clean and has all the comforts possible that you may need. It is in a quiet area in Mairena del Aljarafe from which you can also reach the center of Seville in a few minutes by metro (super!), it is very close to supermarkets, bank, bar and a shopping center with several shops. I really appreciated Isabel María's availability and the flexibility she gave me during check-out times. I would definitely come back to this place! Thank you Isabel Maria!
