Villa holiday rentals in Montenegro

Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

A great place to stay, exactly like what the see in the picture or more. you have lot more space, as its designed minimalistic. Very happy with the stay. The pool is always clean with filtering system etc. staying with kids, we had a nice time in the pool. The location is great, beaches near by the place are very nice, its a must try for all.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

This was some of the best vacations, the house as in the photos. Jeton was very helpful and always responded to messages. The only problem was the lack of wifi, but the host got us sim cards:) we recommend!!

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

First of all, it was incredibly clean. The place we stayed felt just like home. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully prepared. The host was very welcoming and kind. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Latif was super helpful from the start - helpful with advance communication / arrival and super informative about the house / amenities and local area with great recommendations Latif went out of his way to always be on hand to offer any information or help during our stay The house was fab - both inside and out and fabulous pool and jacuzzi

The Villa was gorgeous and Christofer was above and beyond the most incredible host. We were incredibly delayed with the worst flight mechanical issues. We landed in Split, rather than Dubrovnik. All our luggage was lost as well. I updated Christofer of the continuous delays and lost luggage, and now the drive from Split (not Dubrovnik as planned) He was amazing. We lost contact for a bit during our travels and it was getting very late, but Christofer made sure we were safe and checked to see if we needed anything, even clothing shop suggestions since we had no clothes. We arrived at 0100 and used the key pad to enter without any difficulties. Needless to say, the home wonderful. We then immediately sat on the patio with a bottle of wine, taking in the stars and view of the water. It was a wonderful place to spend our time while in Montenegro. The Villa, the atmosphere, the location and the host are all highly recommended!

Matija was a great great host and a good friend of us now. Always responsive by the minute, thinking everything for us ahead of time. He even picked us up from the airport as a friendly gesture, took us to shopping, found us taxis and did many more favors i might have missed. Thanks for being so friendly, flexible and helpfull the whole time!

The house is taken care of on site by Zdravko - exceptionally friendly and communicative, as well as a helpful person. The whole is perfect for 2 families due to the division of rooms. We traveled in a 6+2 layout. The pool was clean, the water was perfect. an added bonus was cleaning during a week's stay. The view from the pool and terraces - dazzling. The whole tour is well-maintained. Private rocky beach and your own descent into the water. Sun loungers for reading in the shade. On-site sup and kayak - perfect for traveling to an island that's a reserve. The bay is calm, even on windy days the sea is calm. The house conditions will 100% meet all expectations. Despite the heat, the air conditioning easily cools the interiors and bedrooms. I highly recommend it for a perfect vacation.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

An excellent host and a serene tranquil stay

Incredible house - modern and clean with amazing views. Good base for exploring the surrounding area as well as relaxing by the pool. Short drive to bars/restaurants and shops. Homemade wine and honey were lovely!

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

I was at Sonja and Neno's Villa Nera at the end of June with five friends. I can only report absolutely positively about the space and the hosts. The place was even nicer than it looks on the photos in my opinion. The hosts Sonja and Neno are always available, helpful and very friendly. The view you have in the villa is unique. If you rent a rental car you can also reach everything in Budva within 10-15 minutes. Even if you take a taxi into town, you don't pay the world either. We were all very satisfied and agree that we want to come back next year. Regards, Luca

The country, the house, the hostess - simply a dream. We were there for 10 days with two adults and one child. Fitted perfect. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. You have a wonderful view of the fjord, can spend the evenings on the beautiful furniture on the terrace and look out over the mountains at breakfast. The location is ideal for us. 20 min. to Kotor, 20 min. to Budva, 200 min. to Tivat. In the immediate vicinity of the Lovćen National Park with cool activities. The equipment of the house is excellent and everything is thought of. From washing machine to coffee machine, blender, toaster, hairdryer etc. to cotton buds, we wanted for nothing. The communication with Sanja was consistently friendly, appreciative and professional. She is totally flexible and also helps with issues outside her area of responsibility. In short, an absolutely successful package. We are already thinking about when we would like to come back.
