We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Lovely house, and absolutely extremely nice view. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby, including the possibility to rent a bike, mc, ATV, etc. fenced in lot, so it also works well with a dog. 10/10 stay.

We spent a few (sadly, rainy) days October days in Casa Emma. The location, on the edge of a small mountain top village, is fantastic. From the garden you have an amazing view over the green Garfagnana valleys. The house is very comfortable, with many well-thought out details, like a little boutique hotel. The downstairs living room is not big but very cozy, with a wood stove. The kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Wifi speedtest: 27.7/2.5. The garden is very nice with many places to sit in the sun and shade, views all around. The pool looks great but the weather was unfortunately too cold to enjoy it. The house is next to a church but it is very quiet (no church bells), you only hear birds. Alessandro is a great host, always available via the app. On arrival, there was a nice welcoming package with some groceries and snacks. We'll have to come back one day to explore this beautiful region further, with better weather. Highly recommended!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful time at this dream house! Magnificent views, beautiful decor and good amenities, plenty of space inside and outside, magnificent garden, great pool, friendly (few) neighbors. All round beautiful! Recreation and tranquility for the adults and play facilities by the pool for the children. The village is enchanting. The way to shopping and to Lucca is absolutely doable when you get used to the serpentines. And the path is definitely beautiful! The remoteness makes up the peculiarity & beauty of the place. Lucca is a beautiful city! Vittoria is a very kind host. Everything was easy and the contact was very pleasant at all times. We are thrilled and would like to come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Very nice House and Pool!

Staying at Andrea and Giulia’s home was an exceptional and delightful experience. The couple was incredibly friendly and engaging in conversation. Both of them are charming, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The entire experience was truly wonderful, and we highly recommend their place to anyone traveling with family or as group.

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

We leave with lots of beautiful memories. Lara is infinitely warm and kind. The place is absolutely great, in a beautiful area, with a great view, in nature… well, just cool. Thank you:)

Our family of 5 stayed at Giovanni’s place for two weeks over the Christmas holiday. It was a perfect place for us to explore the town and use as a base for exploring Italy. The house was well maintained and set up to accommodate our family perfectly. We were unable to properly appreciate the outdoor space due to the weather, but it would be perfect in the spring, summer, and fall. We would highly recommend this location and other properties managed by them. Both Giovanni and his wife, Francesca were extremely nice and responsive. They provided local recommendations for our family and their restaurant choices were delicious.

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Outdoor green area and very nice and well-organized pool. Great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and friendly owners. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely little beautiful village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery store bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend … thank you again for this stay ..

The house is located in a very cozy little town with a butcher, cafe and small grocery store. We enjoyed the big house located on a quiet back road where the parents live in the house next door. It has a good location for visiting Livorno, Pisa and Lucca. Thanks for a great visit!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Very nice, well-maintained villa with beautiful garden. A car is urgently needed, as you have to drive up the mountain from Montecatini Terme for about 15 minutes to get to the accommodation. But this is rewarded with a breathtaking view. Cristina is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We would recommend the villa at any time.

We had a super relaxing holiday in this house with a large garden and fantastic views of the coastline! We have used the herb corners of the garden extensively. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for dogs Our dog loved it! Also the wifi was top (home office suitable). Getting to the mountains is unproblematic, the restaurant nearby is recommended. The hosts are very likeable. We will definitely come back!
