The house is very nice and well cared for, combining tradition and modernity for a comfortable and pleasant experience from all points of view. The host, in addition to being accurate, punctual and kind, was also very available to personalize and meet every need and request, always responding in a very short time before, during and after the stay. highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay with Silvana. We were personally welcomed with a typical cake and Silvana gave many tips on things we could do in the area and restaurants nearby. She was very helpful and occasionally we even got some fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and the center of Cortina was easily accessible on foot or by bus.

Very nice and authentic accommodation in a quiet and nice place. Very nice hosts. If anything was needed, they were always easy to reach. To enjoy all the advantages of the place, I recommend a car. There are many interesting places nearby, you will not be bored. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I recommend making a reservation.

Mareson-Pecol is an ideal place to base if you are going to tour Las Dolomitas. The village is super quiet, this is very good on one side, although on the other side there are variety shortages to buy food, pharmacy, etc. The views are incredible, definitely a beautiful place. The house was located on a second floor, it had all the amenities we needed, everything worked perfect. Our stay here was really very pleasant, the host welcomed us very friendly, she gave us recommendations to know the area and even prepared a crib for my baby. Hopefully we can come back someday.

Second time staying at Giovanna’s airbnb, but another chalet. Breathtaking location, in the heart of Dolomiti. You can spend weeks just staring at these magnificent mountains. The chalet 426 is situated remotely on the hill, where the Ex-Villaggio Eni is built. Beautiful place from famous architects. House is very well thought and it is amazing to be able to stay inside of this 60s chalet. We truly come for this kind of experience. You would need a car to get around for sure. Chalet definitely has a patina as well as usage signs but this is part of the deal. It has been around for quite some time. It could use some love here and there to have the sparkle back. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bedrooms are provided with crisp sheets, pillows are very comfortable yet mattresses are quite soft for our taste. We would come back for sure! It's a nice cabin in the woods, a bit uphill from the Reisach. 17 min drive to Tropolach (ski). Very cozy, clean and well maintained. Has everything you need... although not so easy to find (drive to the bottom of the camping site). Hos is just across the house, very responsive and kind.

A very beautiful and charming apartment . Fully equipped and so comfortable to relax in after a day in the mountains. Home from home. Host is polite, helpful, attentive and professional.

We were welcomed by the super friendly host, even hours before our planned arrival. Most stunning views on the lakes, in the middle of the forrest with silence all around. The place is super spacious and has been kept authentic without feeling old. We were a group of 6 friends, for us the rooms and beds felt a bit small but that fades away by the absolutely stunning surroundings.

A great rustic house with enough space for 8 people and dog. We felt very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and without problems from booking to arrival and departure. The landlord is very caring. There's everything from bed linen to salt shakers in the house. Direct location on the slopes, great. Recommended for a family holiday in the snow, even for non-skiers. We will be happy to come back !

The chalet exceeded our expectations, and we had the most amazing time. Location is perfect and ideal for those looking to explore the area and do hillwalking etc. It had everything we needed, and Paul was extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with everything when checking in. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Caterina's house for 11 days, at the high we were 7 people, and the house is large enough to ensure we didn't step on each other's toes and to store ski equipment etc. The house itself is very cosy. Furniture, fixtures, decorations and appliances are more on the vintage side - which is great for somebody seeking a "homey" feeling. We very much felt at home and loved it. We cooked at home quite a few times just because it felt so comfortable. It's not new/luxurious so not for everybody. The views are beautiful and it's mins away by foot from the main drag for restaurants and shopping. Caterina is very nice and has been extremely responsive, attentive, and understanding (we had to change plans and shift the booking around a bit). The guy looking after the house lives onsite which is convenient, and is responsive and helpful - albeit he has a day job so at times there is latency.

What an amazing cottage in an amazing location! Walk out the door into the forest trails or onto the ski runs and enjoy the crisp, cool air on the mountainside! It was too perfect and there are too many highlights to cover, but it was so nice hiking in the nearby mountains and returning home to the outdoor hot tub and the wood burning fireplace, not to mention the indoor spa and the wine collection Klaus has put together and made available. The cottage was perfect for the 6 of us, with lots of privacy for everyone, but great common spaces, outdoor seating and a wonderful kitchen for all our meals. We particularly enjoyed the great hot showers, the towel heating rack, having a locker room for all our gear, and the sauna, infrared chairs and ice water bucket shower. Very serene. Everyone agreed this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and Klaus was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had, so we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning. Could not have imagined a better place to stay while in the Dolomites and would stay there again.

We had a lovely, short stay at the Chalet Studio! The area was really quiet and had great nature! The studio itself was really cozy and we felt very comfortable - especially in the autumn weather! The breakfast offer was also really great, so we had the opportunity to try regional food. We would love to visit this place again at a warmer time of year! - Greetings!
