Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Very good accommodation with everything close by. Nice apartment of high standards and everything worked perfectly. We had a small issue (which didn't need to be resolved immediately) but they fixed it right away and were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we wanted to extend our stay but then someone else would have had time to book (which I understand). We would be glad to come again:) Many thanks to the host!

Lovely terrace apartment in a nice neighborhood in Alicante. Helen was very helpful throughout. She even ordered a electric kettle on Amazon for me. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is around 15 mins walk to the center. I quite enjoyed it as helped me stay fit :) The apartment has all the ameneties you need for a longer stay as well. I would certainly recommend

We were at home in Tomas' apartment! The urbanization is wonderful and the location is great for walking to the beach, we were very grateful not to have the car daily. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and it runs a very good little bit. You know the place is right when you miss something from your home! We have been phenomenal and we are sure to repeat. Tomas has been looking out for us trying to put facilities. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Thank you for everything

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Dorenda's apartment is beautiful, quiet and cozy. Communication with her was very good, always attentive to our needs and willing to make you have a good time in sa casa. The location is very good, it is far from the noise but close to the basic needs (supermarkets) and the tourist places (castles, churches...) Their dogs and cats didn't bother about anything, they just came to say hello and we never saw them again (even though we wouldn't care at all!). Although there is another place in the same compound, we did not have a problem. We have been very at ease and we are sure to repeat sometime!

We stayed from 9/10/24 to 9/20/24. Everything is great in the place. Everything was as advertised in the photos and description. Caterina was in touch all the time. The space is clean and tidy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The only negative is the remoteness of the property from the sea. Not convenient without a car

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The space was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The decor of the house is modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We were at home, everything was very clean and well equipped, close to the beach and very quiet

We, my Mother and i had a lovely time. The hosts made sure we were well looked after and made us feel relaxed. ( my mother just said "It was a home away from home.") We were met in Alicante airport by the Roman, (very friendly) who is responsible for Airport tansfers, (also taxied us back at a very competitive rate) So its a Five Star all rounder from both of us.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

This was a brilliant apartment, seemed quite luxurious, great outdoor space, plenty of space inside, could easily stay there a week or 10 days, easy access and close to all amenities, would book again if he'd have us 😀,

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 additional floors on the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with splendid views, terraces you see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure:) Our doggie also loved it, he could get on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

We really enjoyed our holiday at Annette's place. Location is excellent, if you like to spend your day's at the beach, as we did⛱️. Restaurants and supermarket are within a walking distance. Rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and late nights with drinks🍹🌞.
