Great apartment close to the Croisette and activities. Plus there is a good bakery 200m away and several restaurants. Perfect!

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

first of all, thank you to our host for his kindness and availability. The plus: a car park is available in the basement which, for an apartment in the city center, is very valuable. the location of the property is exceptional with a large terrace facing the sea where you can have meals. The city center is a 5-minute walk and the old Menton is a 15-minute walk. The apartment is very functional and well-equipped

Federico's place is a perfect space for a couple's vacation. Very clean and tailor-made spaces to ensure a comfortable stay without missing anything. The area is beautiful, quiet and quiet, close to the beautiful port and above all with free parking just below the house. The accommodation exactly matches the description of the photos, but entering is definitely better than just looking at it. The view from the balcony equipped with a small table directly on the nearby beach is priceless, waking up to the sound of the waves is worth the trip. Definitely also for a summer stay it is super indicated. There are many restaurants and great pizzerias nearby, also indicated on a guide that the host finds in the house, and you can easily walk to the station to go to France. Finally, Federico is a perfect landlord, very kind and always ready to intervene in case of need, it is the added value of the accommodation

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect; we love this kind of smaller town where is beautiful and peaceful, with some great restaurants by the seaside. The scenery is breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning view of the Mediterranean every morning was such a treat. The flat had everything we needed. The underfloor heating kept us cozy and warm in winter, and the rooms were bright and filled with natural light during the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and amazing views!

Wonderful stay, place that smelled clean, great location close to everyone ( bakeries, pharmacy, convenience store, butcher,ice cream shop and restaurants), 5 minutes walk from the beach,the best, pleasant terrace for meals and what to say about David, super nice host, dedicated to the well-being of his tenants, responsive when needed. Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

This Airbnb is stunning! The views of the Mediterranean from inside the house are splendid, as well as views from the two terraces. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching the light dance on the sea. Just a short walk down to the Plage du Buse! The house is a short drive to most sights in the region. Make sure you go up to the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin; it’s so cute and a nice spot for dinner with views of the sea. I only have good things to say! Would recommend and stay here again :)

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and equipped from every point of view. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The heating was great. The jacuzi is a gem! A place we'd love to come back to.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The location is incredibly convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the stunning sea view made my time in Antibes truly unforgettable. Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

Excellent hosts and very communicative (despite my issues not being able to update my e mail address with Air B&B). Very lovely clean house in a town we know well, so suited us perfectly. The stairs helped with daily exercise :-) Would definitely stay again (if not fully booked!)

Great, well-equipped accommodation with all the shops nearby. Very bright and well appointed. Amira is a responsive and attentive professional host ( despite our early departure) I highly recommend it!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

Delphine reacted to all messages and kindly let us check in early by leaving work 30 mins away. The apartment exceeded expectations, beautifully designed and attention to details. She showed us around and where everything was. The view of the sea was mesmerising. The centre of town 5 mins away and lovely walks to the old town/port. Highly recommend, would love to come back. Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

Stunning Airbnb, one of the best we've stayed in [and I think we're up over 30 stays within the last year]. Such a lovely comfortable apartment, with luxury finishes, including the biggest TV I've ever seen. The location is unbeatable, footsteps to the beach, a convenient local supermarket, and loads of quality bars and restaurants. Great communication! We will most definitely be back.
