This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

First of all, thank you to our host for his kindness and availability. The plus: parking is available in the basement which, for an apartment in the city center, is very valuable. the location of the property is exceptional with a large terrace facing the sea where you can have meals. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and old Menton is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is very functional and well-equipped.

The apartment was perfect, we had a great time! And we especially enjoyed the balcony. Overall a wonderful stay

The view from every window, including the bathroom, is incredible; almost feels like being on a boat from the bed. Christine is very helpful. Merci!

Pretty studio apartment in a perfect location with every amenity you could wish for (including good Wifi) for either a self catering break or for painting the town red! We took the express bus from Nice Airport and the stop was an easy walk to the studio. Rue Saige was very peaceful and the underground car park was just across the road. La Condamine market a couple of minutes walk away was a great place to sit and have a coffee, meal or to buy food and to feel more like a local. You couldn’t be better placed for exploring both Le Rocher and Monte Carlo/Port Hercule and everything we wanted to see in Monaco was within really easy walking distance. We would love to visit again Daphnee. Thank you

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

This was the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, Christophe and Deborah couldn't do enough for us. We were a family of four with small kids and the location and accommodation was ideal. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday.

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and well-equipped in every respect. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The heating was great. The jacuzzi is a real treat! A place we'd love to come back to.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. we were impressed with the comfort, beauty and many amenities in the listing. It was perfectly located overlooking the ocean and close to the market. Super comfortable and the kitchen was unusually well stocked. Lise left a generous welcome basket as well. We loved our stay and would choose to go back every time.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

The accommodation offered is perfect, very comfortable, very well organized and decorated. The sea view is beautiful and it is very well located to shine in Menton. Delphine is a perfect host who welcomed us very well.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!

We greatly enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 children) - the apartment is very modern and practically furnished; although it is not very large, we had everything we needed. Helene is very friendly and responds very quickly to any additional questions. We have known the area for decades and 💛 hopefully stay beautiful until next time!
