Beachfront holiday rental in Monte Argentario

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

An amazing apartment right opposite the sea, boardwalk into the most gorgeous little town. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

very close to the sea, 5 min walk. comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation and very kind host. 2 min walk from the supermarket and shops. I was afraid because there was no air conditioning but both day and night the house is well ventilated thanks to the breeze practically always present. The outdoor shower is excellent.

we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is large, modern and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space to feel comfortable all around. Particularly impressive is the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the sea – just perfect for relaxing and ending the day. The landlady was also extremely friendly and always quickly accessible if there were any questions or concerns. An all-around great experience – I'd come back anytime! we are just excited about the apartment

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

In one word: Fantastic! The location, the sunset, the decor, the bed, the outdoor shower, all beautiful. The place is supposed to be 70 square meters, but feels like 140 square meters. An experience you must have had. It's a pity that the coves and beaches in the area are almost all privatized. But the access to the beach around the corner works very well.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful week at Giulia's apartment. The apartment is located in a separate complex, to which only guests and owners of the houses there have access. The apartment is in a great location, including Sea view and a large, partly covered, terrace. Giulia's apartment is a good fit for 2-3 people and is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very clean, with the check-in and check-out everything worked smoothly. Particularly worthy of mention is the access to the sea, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and which you share with the other guests of the complex. The nearest city - Porto St. Stefano can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Giulia is a great host who responds very quickly to all inquiries and takes care of the well-being of her guests - all wonderful. We can recommend Giulia's apartment for anyone who wants to spend quiet days by the sea in a wonderful place away from mass tourism. We will be happy to come back - Grazie mille!!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.

really nice apartment with access directly to the beach, not easy to get around during the evening if you want to visit some ports but it is worth it for the beautiful sea

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Great stay ! The place is very well looked after and well equipped. the location is great for a family holiday. Barbara is really friendly, always available and swift in responding. All in all highly recommended. We had a great time !

The stay in the apartment was pleasant , Ilaria is a great host , always available and able to give you great advice. Very clean apartment, strategic location both for its proximity to shops and restaurants , and to reach the beaches of the Argentario, with an added value of the private parking space.

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

It was a great week in Marina di Grosetto, the apartment was very spacious, and the location on the beach was great. It was extremely nice that we were allowed to use the stable umbrella and the landlords' loungers. The restaurants and the recommendations of the landlords helped us quickly find our way around. Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.
