Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

We had a lovely week at the home in Florence. Despite an arrival (well late because of traffic jams and accidents) we were welcomed with his parents with kindness and kindness. The space is exactly as described, a friendly house that breathes love. Everything is there to feel very good. Access is really simple and private parking is a real plus in the city center. Thank you Florence for your welcome, we will come back to your place if we come back by agency with great pleasure.

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Also, although we were not able to meet Dominique,we spoke by phone and message ,she was always very responsive,gave good advice and available when needed! In addition, the accommodation is set back from an axis,quiet and quiet guaranteed ,not to mention the pool +++

We had a wonderful stay at Florence's in her beautiful rural house located in the splendid Dordogne Valley. Florence was an exemplary host, always available, very kind and full of good tips for discovering this rich region. The house was impeccably clean, very quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. In the evening, we were able to admire an incredible starry sky thanks to the low light pollution, which made our experience even more magical. Thanks to Florence for an unforgettable stay!

Sylvie's place was perfect for our stay. There is nothing missing in the house and Sylvie even thought of the little ones by offering us a baby bath and dishes suitable for infants (not including the crib and high chair). The accommodation is very clean. It was a pleasant stay in this quiet house. Sylvie takes care to welcome families and it's easy to communicate with her. We'll be happy to go back to Sylvie's place.

Great place, great location. Would recommend to others. A group of my friends stayed here for my wedding and had a lovely time. There was a small issue with them leaving without fully disposing of all their left over food in the fridges and putting out the bins (because they had a 7am flight and small children with them so didn’t do as thorough a clean as they should have) but Nathalie helped resolve this, and we paid extra for the extra bit of cleaning involved.

We had a lovely stay at Alexiane and Clément's place. They were welcoming and very responsive. Once again, thank you for everything.

We loved our stay at Ute and Markus's. It was just what we were looking for. The accommodation is really quirky and has so much to offer. The fire was lovely and the bathroom was amazing! Our children had the best time in the fabulous garden and games room. We could not get them to go anywhere! We will definitely return. Thank you for everything!

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very nice pool for lack of capricious weather, but appreciated the many quality household appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well-equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

Very pleasant accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped including the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not barbecues season but it makes you want to come back!

The most refreshing weekend, everything is made for the well-being of visitors. We loved the wellness area and the massage offered by Claire who is a very pleasant host and available if needed The nearby village is superb and within walking distance. Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Our stay was simply exceptional thanks to the warm and caring welcome from our host. The house, beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of an amazing area, exceeded all our expectations. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, quiet, and in the middle of the holm oaks while being close to the pretty village of Catus, its local shops and its Lac Vert. The covered terrace allows for perfect moments of relaxation and healing. Communication with Stéphanie and Stéphane is perfect in terms of the organization of the stay, access to the accommodation until the day of departure. A place where you feel "at home", which makes you want to come back or share.

We had a lovely, relaxing and soothing weekend. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, everything you need is there, all you have to do is drop off your suitcases. The jacuzzi is obviously a big plus:) Corinne and Alain are responsive and very kind! I would definitely stay again.

Great weekend with the family in great calm and close to Sarlat and its surroundings for beautiful visits.

Listing as described and expected. Perfect stay. As the house is old-fashioned and in the middle of nowhere (well, not quite sincethere are plenty of forests around), we live a little out of time. This is rare and very relaxing in the end and I spent a while there. Thank you! P.-S.: The toilet (paper to throw in a trash can rather than in the toilet) should not be a problem for those traveling on islands for example where access to sewers is limited.

We had a lovely stay thanks to the comfort and lovely setting of this lovely house. We were two couples with baby and the configuration of the house was perfect.
