Amazing 3-bedroom apartment overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean Sea in the heart of Alexandria. Air conditioned and fully furnished. Wonderful spacious terrace with 4-seat table. Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies in a private gated community. The apartment comes with 4 entry passes for the private beach in that community. The beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot and can be seen from the larger balcony. A small pool can be used a block away for a small additional fee.

The Apartment was perfect for my stay in Alexanderia Close to all the locations I wanted to visit and close access to public transport facilities and several private parking garages close by and it is Clean And matching the photos and description listed Abdelrahman was very welcoming and and responsive to all requests which helped alot with my visit to Alexanderia overall

It's the big flat in the gorgous environ Maamura near the sea. There are magnificent beach near and some good cafe. The flat had everything we need including enthernet and the heaters for the winter time. There are a lot of rooms and places for for sleeping, and additional we have made a perfect workplace for the computers. The flat has a nice yard for rest and conversation. We think it is the best place for live and work

I had a fantastic stay at wassim’s apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully right on the beach and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything Wassim was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting
