The house is very well located, for those looking for a quiet stay and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for hiking, bike riding or water sports. The house is very well taken care of and has everything it takes for a great stay. We will return for sure.

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! Lovely rustic Quinta in gorgeous surroundings. Susanne is a lovely host. She was very flexible with our check-in and check out times. Loved the regular messages about potential activities nearby.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

We spent a wonderful time at Cristina's beautiful house. There is a lot to explore in the neighbourhood - very nice beaches, beautiful views at the oceans, close to Sesimbra and Lisabon - a perfect stay for some days. The house was very convenient for a family with two teenagers. They had their own rooms and separate bath. It is very nicely furnished and has very private touch, which we very much liked. Cristina's parents welcomed us and gave us helfpul advices on the area. She was very responsive whenever we had a problem. I can highly recommend Cristina's place and would are considering coming back in summer time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is stunningly designed. We especially loved the huge windows with stunning views of the garden. The towels and bed sheets were of amazing quality, the kitchen was fully equipped, the TV projector was amazing and the fact that the garden is so huge you that can go for a walk in it is mindblowing! And even though the weather wasn't sunny, the low clouds added a cozy atmosphere that made our stay feel even more special. Dinis was always responsive and available to answer any questions. The only thing was that while the listing mentioned parking on premises, it wasn’t available for us during our stay. This led us to park on the narrow, bumpy street outside. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at casa lua at Quinta da Bella vista!! It is very close or walkable to the great attractions like Quinta da regaleira. You may still want to take a tuktuk to the big attractions like Peña palace and regaleira as parking is hard to find there however parking at this airbnb is perfect and included. We stayed in February so the pool was there but chilly. My kids had a blast on the trampoline which we had not expected, so a lovely surprise! The property and property manager Dinesh was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful during our stay. We would absolutely come back in future!!!

We loved to stay at Rose's place. It was very beautiful, super clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. During the entire stay the communication with Rose was smooth which made our stay very enjoyable.

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place. The space is welcoming and spotless, and super comfortable and practical. We were a family of 3 joined by 2 other adults and were able to divide up the space so that nobody got in the way of others privacy while at the same time ample spots for gathering. Our favorites were the rooftop and hot tub, as well as the gym and sauna. We were able to cook new year’s meal easily in the kitchen and gather around the dining room table. My son enjoyed the gaming setup and the smart fridge especially! The beds and bathrooms were super comfortable and clean, always hot water etc. cleaning service was a nice to have. The complex was very quiet and we had very friendly neighbors and staff! Daniel was an awesome host. Always responsive and proactive in his communications. He personally welcomed us and gave us a detailed tour of the space. Would not hesitate to recommend Daniel’s place, and would definitely love to stay there when we visit Portugal again!

Nice apartment! Spacious, clean and great location. If you surf, you can easily walk to Matadouro which is nice, and it is a short drive to Ribeira. But the city centre is also within walking distance. Also the (indoor) pool and tennis court are nice.

Very roomy and pleasant apartment. The balcony with a pool and sunset view was our favourite! We felt right at home straight away and would have loved to stay for longer. The host was really friendly, gave us loads of recommendations. We could walk to the surfing beach as well as to the village so great location.

The apartment is great, beautiful clean and well located at the foot of the beach, Mr. Pedro was a great host gave us clear instructions and it was very easy to find, very quiet peace and privacy this time of year.

Spectacular experience! From the moment of the reservation to the check-out, Mrs. Sónia e o Sr. Rui were impeccable with us. Always very attentive and responsive to all the issues we had. The house itself is spectacular and corresponds to the description taken/the photographs. We were very happy with the choice and the conditions. The condominium's location is very good. It is in a place is quiet and 20 min. from the large hypermarkets. The neighborhood is super friendly, and access to the pool is definitely a bonus. This all culminated in a great week of holidays! Definitely a repeat experience. I highly recommend the home of Mrs. Sónia e do Sr. Rui for those who want to visit Tomar and/or take a relaxing holiday away from the chaos of the city!

We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed the Casa very much. It is a bit secluded but very quiet. However, you can quickly get to the city or the beach with a rental car. The apartment with small kitchen was clean and cozy. The beds are a little hard and only moderately comfortable. The owner has two dogs that run around freely. They are intimate and we had no problem with it despite the toddler. We had a great stay.

I’m in love with the house – it’s very well-maintained, clean, spacious, and bright. The homeware is great – Susan has thought of everything (a heater in every room, a toaster, a coffee machine and much more). It feels like you’re in your own cozy home, not just an Airbnb. Susan is such a kind person; we had a long, exhausting trip and were late for check-in, but she waited for us, which we really appreciated. I can’t imagine better value for money. Thank you, Susan! P.S. There are two large dogs on the property near the house. They are friendly, and our child loved them, but if you're afraid of dogs, you need to take that into account.
