The accommodation is good, it corresponds to the pictures. The location is great. Tamara was quick to respond to messages. Carlos welcomed us and explained everything to us on arrival.

It's the first place I see that the photos don't do it justice. The apartment was much better than the pictures. Clean, well equipped, renovated, good heating, good wifi connection, no hot water issues, the bed very comfortable and the area very quiet. I would have stayed there.

Very good attention from lola and fer, always attentive and with very quick response. Excellent location, quiet area, bars, restaurants and beach 3 minutes from the apartment!!

We were very well received by Paco, Rosalia's husband who runs a small grocery store right next door. Paco is very friendly and gave us good ideas for visits nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a nice one night stay, the apartment and surroundings are beautiful. The hosts are friendly. The only downside was very small bath towels, I thought they were hand towels.

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!

We spend one weekend and will come back. Good situation between town of Valencia and the suburbs. Easy access to highway, close by supermarkets and metro station!

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

We've stayed in Maria's flat for a month. Building itself is perfectly located - only couple of blocks from the sea. It was super quite in the neighbourhood during our stay. Flat is clean and nice. It has everything that could be needed for a long stay. The terrace is awesome. It's huge and furnished. With a great sunshine view! Maria is very nice and helpful. The only thing that should be considered is that wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. But for us it was even a plus. Reading books instead of news is always a good idea :) Thank, Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

By far the best Airbnb we had during our three months in Valencia. Unlike many lodging options, Kelly's Torrefiel apartment is beautifully lit, thoughtfully furnished, and really feels like home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenware is decent—increasingly rare attributes! You're not in the thick of the city center, but you are a block from a grocery store and right on a bus line which can get you to La Xerea in 20 minutes. Kelly is also the ideal Airbnb host, as she is helpful and kind while also giving you your space. If we ever come back, we know where we're staying!

We had a great time at José house. It was really cosy and comfortable. It was really well equipped and Jose was very quick to respond. I'd highly recommend it!

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment that you have furnished with love, stylish and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, great. The kitchen is well equipped so far. Aldi and Mercadona are a 3-minute walk away. Tip, in the Mercadonna at the back left, cooking is daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively in the restaurant Acapulco a few steps south of the apartment to the sea side. There is local cuisine and also very tasty pizza. Too bad we have to go home!

Very cozy place, everything is very clean and easy to get to. Ramona didn't attend super well with very clear explanations to learn more about the environment and the place. Very quiet area at this time and with the beach less than 5 min away. Walk. Thank you for allowing pets in the home.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Be prepared for some street noise as you are in the city. On street parking is a challenge but we managed to find spaces.

Great place for a long stay. It has everything you need and if you need anything extra don't hesitate to ask. Oscar and Ingrid were very helpful in any request. The place is very central, just a waking distance from the big shopping mall and a supermarket. It has a lot of places around to spend quality time - big park nearby, coffee shops, etc. Internet was perfect for work and movies. Nothing bad to say, everything was great.

The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, thank you, michas. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

It is a beautiful place, with all the comforts and led by Mari who is super attentive to everything we need.
