We stayed in Nice for a week as a family and enjoyed the place there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including BBQ. 👍 Raphael was always quick and helpful to our questions, came by herself twice and even provided us with the private ping pong table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we only traveled by bus and train. We highly recommend this apartment from Raphael! 👍💪👌 Great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silvia's lovely place at 2 Rue Venizelos in Cannes, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Silvia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very good stay. Apartment located on the 1st floor of a Vençoise style house, which is its charm. Clean and very bright and tastefully decorated apartment. The accommodation has two terraces, with beautiful views of the mountains. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. It felt good there. The parking space is appreciable. We were not disturbed by the neighbors. All done on foot, the historic city center is close, +/- 4 minutes, with its restaurants. The best part is the proximity to the Boulanger, the Super Marché, the Bio Store of La Pharmacie which are less than 2 minutes away, always without the car. Mrs. Widad is very responsive. The stairs didn't bother us to get the suitcases up. Check-in is solo, due to the key box and instructions from our Host. For sure we will return to Vence in this apartment.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Excellent stay at Deshan's place. I couldn't have asked for better as a host and location. The apartment is extremely well located: 10 min from the train station, 5 min from a crossroads city, less than 10 min from the casino and less than 20 min from the beach (on foot). Very well equipped, all we have to do now is put our bags down and enjoy. Deshan and his wife are welcoming and available.

everything was perfect, a pleasant place, clean, cozy. Comfortable and well-kept rooms, spacious closets. Nice view of the windows of the living room on the garden. For cat lovers, a very nice Siamese often comes to visit. too bad the heater didn't work, we would have liked to use it to remove some dampness in the rooms. We opted for a split that we used to spread hot air, to heat the rooms we slept with the doors of the rooms open. Small inconvenience on a really very pleasant and cozy living solution, quiet and with a nice view of the sea.

An inspiring village and home for a moment of disconnection

We spent 2 months in Laurie's place and we loved our stay! The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, the view is spectacular and everything is thought out down to the last detail for our comfort. The location that scared us a little at the start was finally ideal, even for pedestrians! (Easily accessible by buses 72 and 63 and easy to walk down the stairs that take you down the hill in less than 10 minutes -mounted just as fast but more sporty by stairs for the more adventurous) the neighborhood is really quiet and safe. It was an unforgettable luxury experience for us 🙏

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

We had a great weekend at Emmanuel's place which is available and attentive. Listing is as described. We were able to enjoy the terrace and barbecue in early October which was very nice. The accommodation between simple floors, functional with all the amenities you need, invites you to go out to enjoy the beautiful city of Antibes , the pretty beaches and the Cap d 'Antibes hike. We recommend.

Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet area, the neighbors were also very quiet and nice. If you only want to take a beach vacation, you will find many and beautiful beaches. The nearest larger cities are easily accessible by car such as. Nice, Cannes, Antibes.
