Stayed at John’s Airbnb multiple times when visiting Btown. Great location, great place, backyard, easy access, great price. Highly recommend.

The house was great for multiple families. We had 3 generations (8 adults & 3 children) in the house so the 6 bedrooms were ideal. There was ample room for all of us in the kitchen and family room. We enjoyed being close to Lake Monroe for sailing, picnicing and swimming. The manager made us feel welcome with candy, snacks & bottled water. nice yard.

This is our 3rd visit to Iris House. Aaron and Karin know what they are doing as AirBNB hosts. They are very responsive, flexible, and caring--leaving us chocolates, snacks, and a bottle of bubbly for the Holiday. They go above and beyond. Added bonus: if you're a rock climber, there's a rock climbing gym right across the street and adjacent to Iris House. My husband and I always enjoy our time here and look forward to our next visit to Bloomington ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—centrally located but still private and peaceful, offering the best of both worlds. It was very easy to find and access the property, with clear instructions provided by the host. The home itself matched the description to a tee—everything was just as advertised. The interior is stunning, with beautiful furnishings that make the space feel both luxurious and comfortable. The modern design is sleek and clean, creating a calm, inviting atmosphere. The place was spotless, which made it even more enjoyable to settle in. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay, with a perfect blend of privacy and accessibility.

Our stay was very comfortable, and Rachel allowed us to add two overnight guests for Christmas Eve. Her flexibility is much appreciated. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a good place to walk.

It was perfect for 4 adults and a baby. Plenty of space and very comfortable!

Josh's place was relaxing and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable . Our family enjoyed our time there.

I was making a quick trip to see a friend in a production at IU and this stay was easy, clean, and exactly how it looked in the pictures.

This was a great spot for our small family. We were in town for a fishing tournament on Lake Monroe, so the location was convenient. The cabin smelled nice, and had just what we needed for our short stay. The campground itself was truly a resort, with a ton of activity spaces. Everything felt very safe. The air conditioned kept the cabin very cool, and we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit in the evening.

Everything wasas described. The hottub could definitely use an upgrade but was ok - just older. The location was convenient andfelt plenty of privacy even with a few other homes around. Will go again.

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !

We loved our stay at Sweet Retreat! We were very surprised to see a Christmas tree - a nice surprise! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials & labeled! The beds were comfortable & we went in the hot tub each night

We stayed at Denise’s Condo to visit our daughter in Bloomington. It was a lovely experience, a beautiful condo with great warm vibes. Denise is a great communicator and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend.

The house was exactly as the pictures and description advertised. We had a great stay and Rebecca was a great host and very responsive.

Great place for a girls weekend near Indiana University. It was very spacious with a big dining table and a nice fenced in yard for dogs.

Jill was incredibly friendly and kind. Met us at the door when we arrived to go over everything. Gave us an early check in and late checkout without us even requesting it. The home is full of vintage furniture which was cool to see. Beds were very comfy as were the linens. We walked everywhere! No need to get in the car until we left. Location is amazing!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at…starting with a good location, a sweet the welcome note and snacks, I felt welcome immediately. The cottage was super clean, had everything you need and Kim was so sweet and accommodating.

Had a very nice stay here for a getaway weekend. Brought our dog (first time traveling with him) and the space was great for us. Peaceful setting but just a quick drive to the main downtown and campus areas of Bloomington. The chickens were cool! Jennifer, the hostess and Gary, the maintenance man were both super friendly and helpful. They are both there in different areas of the building but were not intrusive at all. The house is eclectically furnished but very comfortable. The screened back porch was nice for sitting and relaxing, although the weather was too chilly to be out there a whole lot. It is an old building, a former schoolhouse, so expect some old house personality. Quiet and cozy, and dog friendly. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Jennifer and Gary!

Lindsay’s place is absolutely perfect! We so enjoyed staying here. Everything you could possibly think to need was provided and beautifully done! Arrival and entrance was very easy with her instructions with pictures for clarity. My husband and I were so impressed with everything that was supplied, not overkill just well thought out. Tho you are in the lower portion of their home, the space was very quiet and peaceful (just what we were looking for). Very close (20ish minutes) to Nashville and Bloomington. It was a short stay but ABSOLUTELY perfect! So was the price! Thank you Lindsay and Michael!!

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

The size and space available for our group of 7 was perfect. We were all able to have our own space with a full bathroom for each couple/family. The host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Nejla did everything she could to make this the best experience possible. It’s a super cute place and well put together to make it feel like it has a great amount of space. Will book again.
