Joes's place is great! our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and our dogs were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms were nice and mattresses were very comfortable. All lininens and towels were provided and clean. The location was a very convenient 6 minutes from The Wilds Wedding Venue where our daughter got married. One of the best things about this home is the huge fenced in back yard that the dogs loved. The patio is very cute with patio seating, hanging lights, grill and a nice hot tub. The hot tub appeared clean and well maintained. we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Joe's place to everyone.

This place is perfect for a family stay! We had a great time here and it was so nice and clean with a ton of room. Also has plenty of bathrooms is always a plus as well

I live in the same block and this is always a great option when we have family visiting. My mom stayed for 3 weeks during a bad snow storm and the house was comfortable. They are always making improvements to upgrade the experience. One suggestion would be stools for the beds. They are very high. This is a great neighborhood. Walkable to downtown or the sports facilities, but still peaceful.

Rachel's place is wonderful. Clean, neat, organized, and very close to IU. I highly recommend staying at Rachel's when in Bloomington. This is our 4th time staying at her place. She is also very responsive and helpful.

Great hosts! Very clean and organized home. Welcoming place with water and snacks upon arrival. Thank you so much for flexible check in time. They let us arrive early which helped as we had our dog with us and wanted to do things in Bloom with our college daughter.

Josh's place was relaxing and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable . Our family enjoyed our time there.

This was a great spot for our small family. We were in town for a fishing tournament on Lake Monroe, so the location was convenient. The cabin smelled nice, and had just what we needed for our short stay. The campground itself was truly a resort, with a ton of activity spaces. Everything felt very safe. The air conditioned kept the cabin very cool, and we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit in the evening.

Everything wasas described. The hottub could definitely use an upgrade but was ok - just older. The location was convenient andfelt plenty of privacy even with a few other homes around. Will go again.

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !

We loved our stay at Sweet Retreat! We were very surprised to see a Christmas tree - a nice surprise! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials & labeled! The beds were comfortable & we went in the hot tub each night

This is our second stay at Denise’s condo while visiting our daughter at IU. It’s a lovely convenient warm place and Denise is just as lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

Jill was incredibly friendly and kind. Met us at the door when we arrived to go over everything. Gave us an early check in and late checkout without us even requesting it. The home is full of vintage furniture which was cool to see. Beds were very comfy as were the linens. We walked everywhere! No need to get in the car until we left. Location is amazing!

This was our second time staying at this property and we once again loved our stay. the cottage is modern and will appointed with two TV's and an accessible shower. the cabin is rustic in the best way, with a real wood fireplace and very comfortable beds. Our two families were both very comfortable for our stay and loved the peace and quiet. We got great use out of the fire pit and the beautiful grounds. Thanks so much for another stellar stay!

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

I was at Nejla’s place while visiting a friend in town. The apartment is quaint and nice for a weekend visit. Nejla was responsive and easy to get a hold of, and everything met expectations. Easy to get to the IU campus and fairly close to coffee and restaurant options.

Loved this little house while we were visiting family for the holidays. The little extras like being decorated for the holiday were perfect. We would love to come again
