Wonderful place, a little piece of the sky, safe, clean , with a lot of trade nearby, near the beach with great kiosks. myself and my family love to spend the weekend at Bruna's house which is a dear , super kind and polite , respond very quickly, check in and out totally flexible which helped my family who were with children, babies, Very well airy house, private. We'll definitely be back more often .

The hostess was very receptive and friendly when we arrived and when we left, the house is very spacious, the pool is delicious, it gets sunny all day and has a parasol on the table. The rooms were neat and we were very comfortable at night to sleep, in short, we liked the lodging a lot.

It was very hot , bring a fan , even though in the house in the summer it does not count , we went in 14 people , we slept outside because it was warm , host good people, total privacy (I loved this) very quiet place, the only bad point not to be able to connect the two showers of the house at the same time , but being an ice cream and another one could , it's just worth it 💪🏻

The house is spacious, very well equipped and exactly like in the pictures. Good location, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach you can walk. Air-conditioning in the living room, large garage and perfect group infrastructure. All clean, organized and ready for use. Marcello was extremely attentive, helpful and took care of every detail for a perfect stay. We will definitely return!

we love the stay at this residence. the night we heard the noise of the waves, local as advertised, everything clean and organized. dona Teresa always very prompt and quick reply, sent us the keys in the mail to make it easier. the surroundings do not have many options of market, bakery and butchery, but the waterfront is a delight to walk, the beach is calm, without much agglomeration. 10min from the center of mongaguá by car.

I have visited the house other times and whenever I am there, I do not want to leave, the house offers everything we need and the space is wonderful.

The house is excellent, very well planned and equipped. The kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and an industrial stove with plate, which makes it easy for those who like to cook. The barbecue area and the swimming pool are a great differential, we almost did not go to the beach since the house gave us a lot of comfort. In addition, the large TV and the internet available ensures comfort for those who needed to work or watch any content. The rooms were very good, ceiling fan at all, with fresh and smelling bedding and towels, something we highly value. The location is also excellent, very close to the beach and the commercial center, has little shops of varieties for the purchase of coal, ice, etc. less than 3 minutes ago. We went with family, with children and a pet, and the place perfectly met all our needs. We were amazing family days and, without a doubt, we will return whenever possible. I recommend 100%!

The house is the same as the photos, I had no problems to enter, it is with easy access and is close to necessary establishments, such as pharmacy, market, beach, etc. The house was a little dirty, smelling of meat, after 3 days with the window open this problem was resolved. The house is wonderful with ample space and a great pool for adults and children. We took a few days of rain that showed some problems with the house as infiltration. The TV in the bedroom is not working. Other beach activities was too much. My family loved staying in the house. I see no problem getting back with even more people. The tour was great!! I would recommend it.

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.
