Beach house holiday rentals in Mondello

we liked it very much at roberto's. He is super friendly even picked us up in piraineto and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. He also provided us with 2 bicycles. The apartment is large and also ideally suited for a long-term stay. The sea is very close to the beach super nice and clean. sandy beach ! villagrazia a small village is also easily accessible by bike. there is everything there.... fishmongers , bakeries , metzger , bar , pharmacy , ect ... a supermarket that has quite a lot of organic products and very great the naturalbiologico that is very close. roberto's mother, a very warm friendly woman who lives next door, even supported me in learning Italian. we highly recommend this accommodation.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

The apartment is very nice, especially the very large and nicely furnished roof terrace. The view was great and we enjoyed the sea view every morning at breakfast. The sea is only about 100 meters away, but a car is recommended to explore the area. Angela is a very friendly host and responds to messages after a few minutes. Overall, we had a great stay!

We felt very comfortable from the first second. We were greeted personally in a very friendly manner. Our car could be parked on the house property. We particularly liked the apartment or suite. On a roof terrace above we were able to linger very nicely and comfortably. If we come to Palermo again, we will be happy to ask you again. Thank you for everything.

We as a family of four stayed 5 days at the apartment of Antonella. I have to confess her greeting and hearted welcoming at the apartment made such an a good impression. We felt welcomed and comfortable immediately. The surrounding is pretty lively even in October. We loved the idea of being in the center of the crossroad. After some days people recognized us:) Under the apartment there's a bakery where you enjoy the local scene, food and espresso! We will definitely come back! Thanks Antonella for such warm hosting and good recommendations for discovering the near cities and landscape.

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Palermo, Trapani, Erice and Borgetto. Giuseppe’s recommendations for seeing the area was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer.

we really enjoyed our 9 day stay at Don Ciccio Seahouse. We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 23 to 86 years old. There are plenty of different areas and rooms both indoors and outdoors for everyone to have their own space as well as be all together for meals for example. The garden is very pleasant and the pool area beautifully maintained as well as spacious, with great views. We had 2 hire cars and it would be difficult without. I'd definitely recommend a car to go to the shops, restaurants, station etc... Going into Palermo was easy using the train, the station is 5min drive away and has a free carpark. Mattro was a really great host, very responsive and really helpful with everything. He gave us a great introduction to an amazing local bakery/deli which we visited every day! Definitely recommend the house 😀

After a warm welcome, we found a top furnished apartment. The kitchen was superbly furnished and some food was already available. The bathroom was lightning-blank and towels were plenty available. The terrace was fabulous and the jacuzzi was already refilled and warm with fresh water. Thank you for letting us take the apartment in this way. The hosts were super helpful. This is a fantastic villa, located in an excellent position for exploring the North West and Palermo. The town of Balestrate has good shops and restaurants and a couple of nice beaches...but is just out of reach of walking (the villa is on a fairly hilly lane with no pavement) and so a car is needed. It's a 'real' town rather than a heavily touristed place, which we loved - the restaurant were busy with locals and very good value as a result. The hosts were super-responsive and sent lots of recommendations and useful info, and were particularly helpful when our car broke down! There is so much to see in this part of Sicily and it's only 30 mins drive from Palermo Airport.

Very nice house with a great host

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

We loved staying at Villa Marina. There was so much space to enjoy at the villa which was beautifully furnished and decorated and very well equipped. And the local area offered everything we needed - the coast, the sea, great food, and access to Palermo, Monreale and Cefalu which were all great day trips.

This house exceeded our smallest expectations. We went with a group of friends and it was wonderful that everyone in this house found a corner for themselves. The caretaker of the house was lovely, he was willing to help us in every matter. The house is a bit far from the beach or the center of Terrasini but for us it was not a problem, we like to walk. I highly recommend this house, a visit there will be unforgettable. ✨

We had a lovely stay at Marilena e Francesco's and recommend it with our eyes closed. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed it and flexible on our arrival and departure time. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15min. We did not know exactly where we were arriving, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello who is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the neighborhood. We recommend it!

Very nice apartment not far from the sea. Restaurants in Mondello are within walking distance. There's a lovely garden and sand toys for the kids. Very nice reception! We were even stocked with a few important food so we didn't have to go shopping the next morning which helped us a lot with our kids. Due to the low season, no guests came after us, so we were allowed to use the apartment until the evening when we took the ferry home. All in all, a top apartment and highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for us, as a family with a small child, to stay. The apartment is spacious, has a small garden area and is equipped with everything it needs. Also a kids chair was provided for free. The double bed was the only thing that disturbed us a bit, since it was not very comfortable. The communication with Mariano was great, very friendly and super helpful. The street in front of the house is very busy and the sidewalk quite hard to manage to the beach with a kids stroller, but we did it and after a few times we knew the best route by heart :) All in all just a really really good experience!
