An enchanted place, out of the confusion and stress but at the same time equipped with everything you need. The house is a bijoux, quiet, equipped with everything and as accurate as its owner. The view from the window to the bed is a wonderful thing. What can I say, first beautiful experience in the mountains, we'll see you soon.

Beautiful, modern and large apartment that was top equipped. Great bathrooms and a lot of space. The entire complex is well maintained and the heated pool is just great. We were able to check in much earlier and the landlord is easily accessible and already communicates a lot before. We had a great and uncomplicated time.

Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazing view from each room of the house, great apartment and lovely host.

The apartment is very large, very clean, and has a nice view over the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bakery and restaurant around the corner are super tasty. Max was always accessible and gave us tips for the area. Only the street is a bit noisy with the windows open.

Ivo's place is right in the middle of the dolomites in a scenic and cozy area. Apartment matches what's listed and both hosts were more than responsive and kind throughout the long term stay. 10/10

Really enjoyed this glamping experience. The staff are extremely friendly. Bathrooms are clean. If you want to do laundry, make sure you bring your own detergent

We had a magical skiing holiday in picturesque Livigno. The apartment ticked every box. It is a real gem. Modern and well equipped. Ideally located and so many extras. Heated locker for skis, parking in garage. Treats and snacks on arrival. So many nice touches. Lovely view up onto the snow covered mountain. We were even able to ski home!! What a treat. We highly recommend that you stay here if you can. Looking forward to being able to return in the future.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was there, very friendly and helpful people when checking in, very good amenities, a wide view of the valley and the mountains. And if the weather didn't play along, the sauna was just right. We will be happy to come back.

First of all, Elisabeth and her husband were always quick to respond to messages and were patient waiting for our arrival in the evening. Pros: nice, well-stocked, new and clean apartment. Cons: as a condiment there was only salt, it could also be useful to provide oil, etc. As only and only defect, perhaps the slight noise caused by the street but nothing can be done and it goes back to all the other qualities! I would say that the value is more than great, so if it happens I will come back here!

Small but cozy, this apartment is very conveniently located near downtown, and is a short walk from the lake. Having onsite parking is another big plus. Thank you!
