Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Moncé-en-Belin

Very refreshing stay thanks to nature and animals in front of the windows ( pony and goats), what you need in the accommodation and the most: a fireplace. Come on - u!

We gathered as a family to celebrate Christmas on the weekend, the stove as well as the tree were a real plus to be in the mood. Jacky was welcoming and attentive.

I went to Montsalmichel and booked it as a place to stay in the evening. When entering the alleyway, after passing a small white sign called Longnes, you can enter the driveway right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and cozy. The owner lives in the building right next door, so it's a house that feels a little like Sarangchae. The owner didn't communicate well with the air bnb, but he was really kind to see him in person. I wanted to use the fireplace because it was winter, but even if I used a lightning coal, the wood fire didn't catch well, (I don't know if I opened and closed incorrectly), and the door didn't close completely, so the smoke kept leaking, so I had a hard time getting burnt all night. There are three radiators in the😂 large living room, so it's warm just using the radiator neatly. And the explanation you send to Talk is in English (it doesn't matter if you use an automatic translation anyway), but all the instructions you show in documents or photos are in French. If you don't speak French or don't know how to translate to your phone, you may have a hard time. I was worried that there was a cat, but it didn't come into the house, but it seemed like I was living in the yard. You don't have to worry too much because you don't just avoid or come to people. Anyway, it's very cute🥹☺️

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Warm and simple welcome, just like the rented cottage, the essentials are there! Quiet, clean and well placed in relation to shops. We strongly recommend!

Small, well-located and quiet accommodation

Jennifer is very welcoming, smiling and dynamic. She offered to manage the stove while we were away. The space was spotless upon arrival; the decor was very warm. The cottage being located in the countryside, the calm was very pleasant.

Great place for central Le Mans, easy walking or tram to get about.

We stayed one night there for a weekend. The apartment is in a very good location, on a quiet little street with little traffic. We loved the charm of the typical old Mans place. For parking we found it easy to park on a nearby street. Note that one of the rooms is through (this may matter depending on the type of guest) Great value for money

Two-night stay to spend Christmas with the family (parents, children and grandchildren), the apartment lends itself perfectly to such a meeting, spacious, clear, modern, rooms with en-suite bathrooms, large living room, located in a shopping area, close to interesting historical sites, like the cathedral, finally and above all, our welcoming, attentive, very accommodating host,

We were welcomed by Isabelle who was very available throughout the stay and very pleasant too. The house is spacious (perfect for 8 people), very well equipped and very clean, and a few minutes drive from Le Mans. The balneo bathtub and barbecue are real plus but as exchanged with Isabelle, we were quite disappointed by the fact that there was no swimming pool or tennis court as shown in the listing.

We had a blissful week here that we didn’t want to end. The huge grounds and pool gave us a perfect base where we could relax utterly and completely re-charge in peace - but with great access to everything we needed. Henneke made everything incredibly easy for us, and was so helpful and welcoming. I miss it all so much already!

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

Christophe is a great host who knows how to put you at ease, attentive and flexible on schedules. The house was clean and everything was as described. He even has at my request add a mattress for the arrival of my guests;) Very nice and well organized

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful stay at Bertrand and Sandra’s beautiful house. We had everything we needed… and more! The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, playing boules, volleyball, table football and lawn games. The piano was also great - our son very much enjoyed playing it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated all the small touches around the house - sharp knives, a well stocked spice drawer, excellent kitchen appliances, candles, kids toys and a beer cooler in the bar area. We enjoyed lovely days out to Le Mans historic city centre and L’Arche de la Nature park. There is lots to do in the area! We would 100% recommend a stay here for a perfect, relaxing family holiday. Thank you Bertrand and Sandra for being excellent hosts.

Christie and Julien's place is functional and very well decorated. Very convenient because close to Le Mans train station and quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Christie and Julien are welcoming and available. I would highly recommend.

We had a weekend reunion with friends at this beautiful home! Everything came together for a great time! With the good weather, it was very nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors and the pool. The accommodation is very close to the historic center of Le Mans, perfect for walking and visiting. We would highly recommend
