David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

Your space exceeds your expectations. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax in a place that offers something extra, we're at a good address here. Sauna, library, garden, record player, nature and comfortable bed. Just take great company with you and you won't regret it.

Very spacious and cozy apartment, very quiet, the ideal location to explore the forest district. The apartment has a separate entrance with a private parking space in front of the door. Sabine and Christian are very nice hosts. We felt very comfortable right away and had a wonderful week here! We will be happy to come back!

Nice, nice apartment, clean, with amazing terrace and view. Well-equipped kitchenette, a few stops from the center, close to grocery, public transportation. Good value. Perfect for a short stay. For a longer stay, there is a lack of storage for clothing, footwear, a rowboat for coats. For those who want to spend the evenings in the apartment, TV is missing. Overall definitely recommend.

Lubos was a very warm host. All concerns were answered quickly and yet our stay was very private. We particularly enjoyed the wood-heated sauna with the ice bathing in the pond. In addition, it was also very interesting what Lubos told about the bees. You found a honey as a gift in the accommodation. The view on the horses and cows was beautiful. It's easy to keep the apartment warm and there is plenty of hot water. However, you should arrive by car. We will be happy to come back.

Spent another quiet few days in the Waldviertel. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy. The house was all the more cozy in the house. And the poodle liked the large garden despite bad weather.
