I can't help but say that it has been a pleasure spending this month in the chalet in Xabi. Both he and his parents are lovely and have responded very well and quickly to the small requests we may have. The house is definitely highly recommended, super comfortable, great beds and having three bathrooms a wonder for the whole family. We would definitely repeat our stay.

A great vacation in a beautiful home and super quiet surroundings, close to plenty of sightseeing. The house is spotless, wood and stone, spacious and cozy, warm with its heating and pellet fireplace ( which has little to envy a wood burning fireplace). We have been very comfortable, happy and quiet. If we come back to the area, we'll come back. Marian and Diego have been very attentive to all of us at all times. A perfect vacation…because it's been good weather!!!!

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

Carlos was a joyful and attentive host. A nice clean house, everything as seen in the photos and described in the ad. We, 3 friends over the age of 70, spent a week hiking in Somo and had a great time here. There is a bus line that stops several times a day in Somo and runs in both directions. Thank you Carlos.

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's and his fathers house! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful, with complimentary treats that made us feel right at home. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic – just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. Plus, there's a great bakery nearby that became our daily stop. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

The most important thing for us is that the dogs are at ease. The large fully fenced garden made us feel safe and they have enjoyed it as puppies. We will definitely be back because Chuco has been very kind and everything has been great. It is not easy to go out with 5 dogs and find a paradise for them. It is certainly so. Anyone who wants a place for their dogs and them to be at ease this is the place without a doubt. The house has all amenities for us as well. Everything in perfect condition. The impeccable cleanliness and the garden consciously cared for. We mean we have 5 Chows. Medium size and that has not been a problem for Chuco. Close to home there is also a route that can be done with dogs or alone. The place is very nice at a hoznayo jump and close to Santander. This has become our favorite place to take the dogs and spend a few quiet days with them. Like I said before we will be back.

We were ten people, the house is very spacious and the kitchen is very complete with everything you need, good heating and without problems with the hot water, which is to be appreciated, we found soap and gel in the bathrooms, Alberto was very kind and attentive giving us all kinds of recommendations and information. It's a house that I would recommend it to everyone.

Very good welcome from Paloma who explained to us the arrival at her residence despite the language problems. It is a beautiful apartment, It is well equipped, well placed to visit, with parking in front. We spent 5 nights there. It was a pleasant stay. We recommend it

Excellent stay in a classy apartment. Tastefully furnished, functional, impeccable kitchen, water and courtesy juices in the refrigerator. Impeccable. Also ideal as a location. We'll be back and recommend it to future guests.

My family spent almost a month in this apartment in December, visiting family and friends, and I have to say that it was terrific; everything turned out great. The apartment is very well located, and I can recommend it.

Excellent value, it has all the services nearby , cashier , hospitality , bakery , shops , etc...Miguel was very attentive , he gave us his number for what we needed , we were very comfortable and no problem to move and visit the area as we were able to park at the gate . We had a great time ! Thank you !!

We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable! Also, it has a garage and it comes very well because parking in the center is quite tricky. Luis gave us great recommendations and was very attentive!

Lourdes is a very welcoming and warm host. Extremely helpful. Her place is lovely, everything you need is there. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, the water, grocery stores, and a secure parking spot close by. I highly recommend her place. Especially if you are coming by boat , it is so to get her place from the port. Check Lourdes place and Santander!

Exceptional accommodation. With all kinds of amenities and services, everything is new or almost new, well located next to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Santander or numerous fantastic places and places to visit. Although as dice is close to the highway it is a place full of tranquility. We have not made use of it but they also have a large restaurant with a large terrace and free parking. Communication with Javier our host is quick and very easy and was very friendly allowing us to enter the apartment before the indicated time. Without a doubt it is a place to keep repeating accommodation as long as we come back in Cantabria

Diana was an excellent host, particularly letting us check into the apartment early when our flight arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again!

The stay was wonderful for my family. The house was cozy with everything you need to spend a few days. The communication with Pedro was great, I was attentive to the chat before our doubts and very helpful on our arrival. Great experience with fabulous nearby landscapes.

The house felt homely and great to stay in. The neighbourhood was alittle bit further by walking after a long day to the old town but doable. There is ample parking at the port areas. Great stay and enjoyed the homely feel.

From the best homes I've been to on Airbnb. Exactly as in the photos, the fully equipped kitchen, there were plenty of towels (and that we were 7 people). Not to mention the excellent treatment from Nuria, super attentive, she responded quickly to all our doubts and even gave us a dossier with recommendations of the area of all kinds.
