The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

I was in Jefferson's apartment and had an impeccable top AP weekend with all amenity, standing in the sand as described and in the photos and close to bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, PA of Unimed etc. Everything next car can be good in the parking lot of the building. Jefferson always ready to respond when we asked to respond with great calmness and well educated clarity, also the concierge staff of the building always willing to help and well educated also was a ball show, they can rent that they will not regret 😉👍🏾

Clean, well-organized apartment, with bed and bath linens available. The only bad point was that we found those cheap closets in the apartment, but I think it's more of a building issue, because in the parking lot we found cheap ones as well.

Great location, great accommodation, on the side of the EXTRA supermarket that works 24h, you will be saved here for the next times I go to Ocian beach to stay in the same place, the hostess was super friendly and proactive at all times, super recommend!!!

We really like the apartment, clean, organized, gas shower, air conditioning in every room. Good internet, comfortable beds. easy access, has a grocery store in front, restaurants, close to the beach kiosks. it has a free market on Saturdays, on the next street. but for those who like silence there is a lot of music and movement on the street of the condominium. i recommend and intend to return

The stay was great!! Manuela was very helpful from the beginning, with the initial guidelines on the location of the apartment, to the finals, on the rules of check-out. As for the location, it is excellent, on the beach avenue, close to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is great, super spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils, including cart, chairs and beach cooler. The Tbm condominium is excellent, helpful and very educated staff, spacious and clean common areas. Super recommend and we intend to return next year.

The apartment is cozy and with good accommodation. Well-distributed plant, air conditioning in the living room and all necessary items for a great stay. For the rooms it has many fans, strong beds and mattresses with good density. It served my stay well and I believe it will quietly serve 6 people. The host was very attentive, we had a great experience and we hope to come back one day.

Lugar is wonderful, we were in a group of people, super comfortable, easy access, next door there is market, the rooms are giant, everything clean, the pool is a delight, amazing laser area, the super attentive Vanessa helped us in everything, we love our weekend, we will be back!

Great place to relax in family outfits. The Chácara is very beautiful, organized and with several essentials for lodging. Evaldo was extremely welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful weekend at this place. Homemade Toninho is very friendly and solicitous. The house is spacious, has a perfectly covered area for reception of friends and family if it rains as was our case. The nature is beautiful in the place, the Toucan and the monkeys are very friendly. Julia was also really helpful from afar. The only inconvenience for me was the lack of toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, in addition, everything was very good. It has a black and white neighboring dog you will visit and is the most loving being in the world! The trip for me was more perfect for his presence♥️. We hope to return in the future !!!

The Chácara of Mr. Luiz is very large. The rooms are spacious, it is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The space is prepared for major events. We loved the weekend we spent there. Mr. Luiz attentive promptly when we call, is polite, helpful, and kind. We recommend and will certainly be back.

It was a wonderful weekend! Lilian is a great host, she responds promptly and very polite. The space is as described, the big and comfortable house. All were able to enjoy, child, adults and the dogs. I intend to return to this corner that is cared for with great affection.

The stay at Christina's apartment was great. 3 bedroom, 2 large apartment has air conditioning and also has in the living room, excellent for the scorching heat of summer on the coast. Nearby has several restaurants and the best is the beach service of the condominium, they bring a sun umbrella and chair on the beach for you, very polite. We love it!

We love the stay in Gabrielle's apartment, we love the sea view, it really is like in the photos, we were enchanted with such beauty, charming view, well-equipped apartment with 2 bathrooms, very good internet, excellent barbecue, has 6 mattresses, in addition to the double bed and the two bunk beds, which can only 8 people per apartment. I used the gym, swimming pool, game room (I thought it was small) and the condominium market that helps a lot, super polite staff. There is a Krill market on the street side of the ap. and to walk to the sea, it is 2 blocks. We'll be back more often for sure. Congratulations on the beautiful apartment.

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. Apartment near the edge of Santos, with great location. Clean, good quality linens. Free parking on site and easy Check-in. Kitchen contains main utensils to serve the guest.

The apartment is according to advertisement, we went in 2 adults and 2 children and from to rest legal after a beach day, it is well organized and safe, the location is the icing on the cake, nor did I take the car out of the garage! I recommend yes, the host is very attentive and kind!
