This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Cozy apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (couch can be used as double bed), a room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, petrol station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station is a 2-minute walk away and offers very good transport connections to Vienna and Baden. The city center of Mödling is about 700 meters away.
