Highly recommended BNB in Bologna. I would definitely return every time i come back to Bologna!

All good, all as on photos and descricption and more. Maybe it could be a little cheaper for this standard, as compared to other similar places. But who knows, all in all it's hard to compare. In price you receive a house, good even for 4 peoples, all clean, all ready to live there for weeks. Beautiful localization, with trains about 15-20 minutes from the house. I would recommend

very large apartment, we were two families of 4 people and we had a great time. Very spacious rooms and two renovated bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location to visit the surrounding area, we were in Parma, Bologna, Brescello and Maranello. Recommended in all respects!

Perfect place, Dario is really a superhost! The place has a good location and neighborhood, very clean and has absolutely everything. The only thing I did not like is that we’ve stayed for one day, I would stay longer for sure! Strongly recommend

The apartment was really great, very comfy, clean and cozy. It has everything you need for comfort. There are places to eat and the big supermarket nearby, as well as bus stop and Tabacchi shop for ticket purchase. The neighborhood is quiet. The only minor thing we had was one roll of toilet paper for 2 people/4 nights - it will be nice to have this basic thing without limitations. I can definitely recommend Antonio's place!

There are several hiking trails nearby, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. WONDERFUL! On a short weekend, my friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The house is simply amazing. Cozy, there are many large common spaces. It's a lived-in home full of personality, despite the short stay we immediately felt right at home. This is the perfect place for those who want to spend time in peace with friends and family. Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

Stefano was always kind, even though I was late with check-in. the house was practically perfect and the building was very quiet. the area is quiet even at night and it is easy to get around by car or on foot. the house was clean and especially the fragrant sheets ( which impressed me most). I really don't have any negative things to say. Highly recommended

We had a good time, the house is located in a very quiet area, also close to many supermarkets including Carrefour and several bars. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a halfhour walk from the historic center. The apartment perfectly matches the photos, the host is always available and very kind.

Paola's home had everything you required for our short stay. There is a small supermarket 300m away, and 2 buses that allowed us to easily get into Parma city. Paola was a great host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be a short distance to the city.

Stefania's apartment is beautiful and complete in every aspect. Ideal for a weekend in Bologna or even for longer stays, it is located in a very quiet area, outside the first belt of the city but perfectly served by means of transport (you get to the center by bus in less than 10 minutes). Stefania was an extremely helpful and easy to communicate host.

Excellent apartment, spacious and cozy. The location could not be better to the train station and to the vibrant city. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, very comfortable. I loved the wool blanket!
