Holiday rentals with a patio in Modave

Although there was a bit of an issue with check in, the management of the property immediately responded and fixed the problem promptly, and her attitude was very welcoming and friendly so made us love here and we would still recommend the view from the window of this☺️ property to everyone is well worth it

A super nice apartment, very spacious for four people, of very high quality furnished with love for details. The hot tub and sauna were great especially in the cold season and the towels, bathrobe and shoes as well as shower gel were an absolutely beautiful addition. The apartment is located on a beautiful property and is private, in the area there are beautiful hiking trails and Liège can be reached by train within 20 minutes. Communication with Christian was straightforward, parking was super easy on site even with several cars. We would definitely book again and fully recommend the stay.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

Everything was perfect! And the little extra with a pellet stove for the cocoon,🔥 but the most important thing was that the owner was more than understanding and available, a luxury that is worth more than all the stars! Because I left more than an hour late for professional reasons and she was able to listen to me and diplomat, however not to repeat 😅

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Chez Mailis everything is done to spend relaxing moments in a green setting close to all the facilities of access and getaways. (Culinary, outings,etc.)

A charming house in a quiet environment, ideal for a weekend getaway with family or friends! The surroundings are full of walking paths and between billiards, foosball, wood fire or sauna, it is also possible to spend your weekend nestled in the house! The house is clean, easy to access and very responsive hosts! I would recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

We had a lovely weekend in this ideal setting, the place lends itself well for 4 people We didn't even enjoy a first barbecue in February

Juliane has been a super nice host. Her house/ property is really amazing. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent our all yearly men's weekend there with 16 boys. Everything really fits again at any time. Thank you

Very beautiful and clean house, everything you need is present. Very spacious, nicely decorated and cool location. Beautiful view, quiet area and yet close to everything (by car). The tips given for visiting things were very useful! The owners are super friendly, give clear instructions and respond very quickly. Everything was fine, we 100% recommend this stay.

Very nice, spacious place. Perfectly located. Private Sauna is fantastic, very good recreation after a bike tour. Perfectly equipped.
