We have family living in Dresden, so we know how charming the city is, especially at Christmas Time. We had a wonderful stay at Claudia and Carsten's house. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We made great use of the four available bikes for trips to the train station (5 minutes) and the city center (7 minutes). This was a fantastic addition to what was already a perfect stay. During our next visit to the beautiful city of Dresden, we will definitely book this amazing accommodation again! Highly recommended!

Great overnight stay easy to find and very quiet, communication excellent. The area is great walking also with dogs.

We spent cozy weekend in their lovely cottage. They were great hosts. Would recommend. :)

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The cottage is well located for activities in the area, the Eibenstock bathing gardens are not far away, nor the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

As soon as we came to this apartment it felt immediately like home for us. Franziska and Sebastian made sure that everything we needed will be available to us and even went out of their way in order to ensure that our visit in Leipzig will be ideal. I will highly recommend anyone visiting in Leipzig to stay in their place to really enjoy the visit and have fun in this beautiful city.

What a great place to stay. 😁 Arrive and feel immediately comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, incredibly cozy and as described. Dear Nicole, Thank you so much for the beautiful and unfortunately far too short time with you. We loved it and will be back. 😁 We highly recommend the place. From A to Z everything worked out. Check-in (key box with good instructions) was smooth and communication worked great👍🏻. We didn't meet Nicole in person but she helped us with questions right away. Bakery and public transport (train station) are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, parking is available free of charge on the street in front of the house.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is as describe if not better. With high end appliances and bedding we felt like we were in a luxury 5 star hotel but with more personality! Checkin and parking was easy and communication was top notch! We highly recommend this place and would love to have stayed longer.

Everything worked out great and the stay was very nice. On the balcony, the sun shines in the morning, where you can enjoy your coffee wonderfully. Clear recommendation!

We used the accommodation for a short trip to Dresden and chose the apartment because everything was easily accessible from there, whether by car or on foot. The location there was lively, which fascinated me very much, but in the apartment itself you were to yourself and had the tranquility you need. The amenities were good, you had everything you needed and the place itself was well maintained. The view from the balcony was of course also very nice. The communication was also very good, the description was detailed and therefore everything was easy to find. we will be happy to come back, but next time for a longer period. :)

Beautiful, quiet apartment, well equipped. I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. The balcony is also a dream :)

Very good place for Dresden city break

The flat is centrally located, but is still quiet. It's cozy but also convenient. This overall impression awakens many details: comfortable bed, good shower, cozy couch for chilling in the living room, kitchen equipment, interesting lamps, etc., enough sockets, yoga mat, bicycles ( although I didn't use them). Ideal for 1-2 adults, use with more people. The communication with Christian went very well, he always tries to fulfill special requests ( earlier check-in, later check-out). I'd love to come back😊.

Fully equipped beautiful apartment in a central yet quiet location. Within walking distance are all shops serving daily needs, public Easy access to transportation and green areas. Katja welcomed us in a very friendly way. The restaurant on the ground floor is highly recommended. Noises or smells of the restaurant are not perceptible in the apartment.

We had a few days in Susanne’s flat over Christmas. It was a lovely, cosy space for the 2 of us and our adult daughter. It’s in a perfect part of Leipzig, close to beautiful parks where you can walk for miles and also very easy to walk into the centre although there’s a very convenient tram stop only a few minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
