A beautiful home with a beautiful view. We had a family NYE celebration and this home was a perfect fit, plenty of room for our family to enjoy each other and not be cramped. We would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor amenities! Looks fun!

Very clean and well decorated house. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Every detail was thought of, down to the mirrors and lighting in the closet’s. It would be great to be there during warmer weather to use the patio area. We got a little ice and the sidewalk was salted that morning right away. We were impressed with that. The windows are large and let in sunlight beautifully!! It is a college town so Friday night got a little loud outside, but nothing that would deter a future stay.

Stayed here overnight on our trip across country and are so glad we did! Alicia was a fantastic host…very quick to respond and accommodate our requests. We had a wonderful night of rest (comfortable beds!). The house was warm, cozy, and quiet. The deck provided a great place to view the stars and the house is only minutes away from Ozark National Scenic Riverways Park. We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Nice beautiful place, very spacious and near a lot of things the simplicity is my favorite! My girlfriend also enjoys it too and loves the amenities you include like the blended and the Blow dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reach for the Sky. Chris' check-in instructions were great. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. My son and I used the basketball court multiple times every day, it was a huge advantage with cold weather. The workout facility was great as well. We loved the room, the view and the design/appearance. The only gripe would be the game-room could use some love but that is a shared space and not reflective of Chris or this unit at all. Great place, we'd certainly be interested in staying again.

Gail & Frank’s place was exactly as described. It was a very cozy place. Meticulously clean, great neighborhood, and close to SEMO which made it great for visiting our daughter. The bed was so comfortable and the little details such as milk, little cereal boxes, coffee and tea did not go unnoticed. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi - I had to make a last minute trip to STL to care for my Mom and was so lucky that Jene Patrick and Tom could accommodate me. I have stayed at all their units many times and just love them (the hosts AND their properties). Always super clean and artfully designed. A nice touch is that they shoveled and put salt on the sidewalks and entrances to make sure guests had easy, safe access during sub-zero temps in STL this week. Many thanks as always!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Amanda's home. The place was so clean and we found everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again.

Janet and Paul were excellent at communication. We even had a little issue with the heating system, and Paul was very quick to respond and take care of it. The space was clean and exactly what was depicted in the listing. The area and building are quiet and serene. Check-in was a breeze. Note: be sure to touch the black keypad above door handle to get keypad numbers to light up. It took us a couple of seconds to realize where the numbers were! 😄 We enjoyed our stay!

We had an AMAZING stay here! My boyfriend and I wanted a small getaway for valentine’s day to escape chaos and have some peaceful time alone. April was amazing and responded within minutes, she was very nice and helpful to us, even let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house was clean and cozy, we felt right at home. We loved our stay and definitely want to come back for a longer stay next time he comes to visit. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

The host was nice. The place was very modern. It was comfortable and close to some of the places we were going in Branson. I would stay there again. Loved the sign on the deck and the waterfall. It was a good value for the money.

The place was great. It was the perfect size. The only issue we had was getting to the back of the building to park an access the condo. They provide the instructions clear on their message. The problem was lack of street signs and street lights to find the place in the dark.

This was my third stay at this very comfortable condo. It's my go-to for when there are conferences at Margaritaville. It's so nice to be right on the water, and there's a heron rookery on an island right across the channel! It's also nice to have a balcony overlooking the lake in a no-wake zone!

The minute we walked into the condo, we fell in love! So perfect for my husband and I. The living room has very comfortable furniture, a large tv with streaming services, a beautiful patio with an amazing view. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to cook your yummy meals. We cooked dinner there every night and breakfast every morning. The bathroom is the perfect size and has lots of space to keep your toiletries. The shower is large and the water pressure is perfect! The bedroom is also very comfortable. It’s not as updated as the rest of the house decor wise, but it’s still very cute and comfortable! The bed is 12/10 one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. I plan to use this host and their condo anytime we come back into town! She was very communicative and was there for any questions we had. Very professional and kind!
