The Z Spot was an ideal & perfect spot! The host was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home! The property was extremely quiet and clean! The bedrooms were roomy! A super dope VW car Bar, the creative celebrity wall was a definitely a funny conversation piece and the patio is esthetically appealing to the eye and super comfortable with orange seat cushions! You can also access the patio from the master bedroom & the kitchen! There are security gates that lock behind you so I felt very safe and the condo is located in the heart of the Galleria! Perfect location! Restaurants were literally only minutes away, the entertainment was minutes away, so I had a great weekend experience staying at this delightful condo! 10/10 and I definitely book this space every time I visit Houston!

Although we only stayed one night, James was very responsive and gave helpful instruction on how to get to the airbnb! The location was perfect as well, right across the street from Hermann Park and in the museum district of Houston. When we come down to visit family again, we'll definitely check if this listing is available first! Thanks again James!

Perfect for staying with a group near the convention center! Easily walkable if you’re into that but also easy to take an uber or Lyft anywhere. Gated entry. I felt safe. Clean overall.

I booked both houses for a bachelorette trip and this was perfect. It was within walking distance to the Third Ward when we did not want to drive for the night. Nia was very responsive and flexible with check in. Our group had a total of three cars (truck and two midsize SUV’s) that were able to park comfortably on the property. I would recommend and stay here again the next time I visit Houston. ❤️

nice home, private back yard, close to parks, quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay at Erin’s house! The house is very comfortable and stylish in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Erin responded to any questions very quickly, and when I accidentally left something at the house she was super helpful in helping me retrieve it. Definitely recommend!

We had such a nice time at Rose’s place!! We rented a boat, which made all the difference in the world. The house was very spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely back patio. Pool was not heated, so be prepared for that. We had hoped it would have been warmer, as it wasn’t really swimmable. But the lake was fantastic and the house was great! Would stay again next year!
