I loved Robert's place. It was cozy, very well outfitted and near everything. i would definitely come back!

We had a great stay over the holidays. If you don’t know about these iconic Westlake homes built in the 50s, it’s a really cool story, and the style of this particular one (called fish & chips) is the coolest one. The house is really nicely appointed and the back yard was great. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill or the fire pit but it seemed really nice to have. Everything was very clean and nicely kept. Close to any store you’d need, roads to SF and surrounding areas. Jennifer was really responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The house was great- 4 nice sized bedrooms and a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of interesting decor throughout the house. We were able to check in a few hours early which we loved after a having long flight from the east coast. Excellent communication from the host. The views of San Francisco and the bridge were stunning (especially sunset). We would definitely stay there again.

Wendy was a fantastic host and her home is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as a peaceful and safe retreat and equally, is so close to all amenities. Can’t wait to revisit!

Worked fine for us. Short walk to family. Easy walk to grocery stores. We don’t rent a car so this was perfect. Everything is modern.

We walked into Mark's Airbnb after a long day of driving with a young child and immediately said "What a fantastic place" and that's what we felt the entire time. The unit is spacious but cozy, with a well stocked kitchen and great couch to lounge on -- and sparkling clean. The hosts were responsive to all of our questions and requests and went above and beyond. They proactively offered their driveway space after we asked about public parking on the street, and set up a child cot when they learned we were traveling with a young child. The bed and sheets were extremely comfy. The place is on a quiet street in a beautiful part of the East Bay and a great place to explore Berkeley, SF and beyond. We stayed two nights and wish it was longer - will definitely come back if stars align for a future trip.

Riza and Miguel's place is the most comfortable place we have stayed in Oakland (and we have stayed in quite a number of places). We like the way that there is sensor lighting so when we checked in late at night, the entrance was lit immediately (we have stayed in other places where we had to fumble in the dark to unlock the door). The house is also beautifully furnished and it was lovely to have Christmas decorations (including Christmas theme cushions) to add to the festive mood. Bathrooms were well fitted with 'Japanese-style' toilet seats and it was a luxury to have warm seats! The kitchen too was well fitted out - and importantly the knives were adequate and sharp (we have stayed in places where blunt knives were provided and it was difficult to work with those). The house is very conveniently located next to Piedmont Grocery store and also walking distance to restaurants and shops on Piedmont Avenue. Despite the location, the house is quiet. We will stay again!

Collin and Bar where great hosts during our short San Francisco trip . The kids lived the Harry Potter themed places and enjoyed doing the daily Lego adventures. It was a convenient place for me to work and meet people and the kids loved exploring the city.

The Pacific was perfect for my daughter and me. The place had everything we needed, plus some nice pampering items in the bathroom. It would also be great for families with small children: a big backyard, games, safety precautions (ex. outlets had protective covers) and plenty of interior space. My only wish would have been to have a real oven. But it wasn’t truly necessary as there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. You’ll find many suggestions and menus in the instruction binder. Shining and Devon were kind and very quick to respond. Good people. I’ll be back next time I’m in Alameda!

Roberto's place was amazing! We were really glad to get the chance to stay there. The unit was spotless when we arrived and we had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great as well - walking to the park or to Valencia for meals/shopping was super easy and the Muni right outside made getting around a breeze. Check-in and check-out instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The apartment is just as quirky as it seems and was a treat to be able to live in for a week.

This was my third stay and its a true favorite! Beautiful beachfront location and walkable to town for coffee and the market! A truly comfy and cozy apartment even during the winter season. Stinson beach is a special slice of heaven and I so enjoyed my stay while in town for a holiday party. Jeff is very responsive which is always appreciated. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Location was fabulous! Easy walking to Golden Gate and tons of restaurants plus access to bus. Loved the back patio. Quiet and comfortable.

Great apartment for our short two-night stay in Oakland. Hosts were very responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. We would certainly stay here again next time we're in Oakland.

Zen retreat in the redwoods - extremely calm and healing ambience The cabin is located next to a small audible stream and surrounded by redwoods, and just a few blocks from the lovely Mill Valley downtown. Amazing contrast of urban and nature, within a few minutes of walking. The Cascade Trail, Muir Woods and all of the Mill Valley stairways are within easy access. The cabin itself is very cozy and calm. The beds are medium firm and comfortable, with soft, good quality bedding. I slept very well as it as so quiet and calm. The separate office is perfect for remote working. The cabin is filled with design and little artful objects that add to the ‘Asia meets Redwoods’ vibe. Note that except for the office, the indoor seating is very low - Asian style - whereas the deck has a western height seating area. Highly recommended - lots of character and personality!

This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed at. As soon as we walked in, we knew that this place was made and decorated with love, warmth, and joy. I loved all of the “small” things that made this stay ever better — fresh flowers in little vases, cookies for our tea, lemon water in the refrigerator. I mean, wow. Very hospitable. 12/10 experience. Thank you so much, Sally! We look forward to staying here again.
