The location is just perfect in the middle of the street in front of the stand. So quiet but everything nearby is great to reach and only a few steps to the beach (even if we only walk along it in the evening due to the season) The room is very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

The accomodation is very nice and clean. Close to the next Metromare station and very close to the sea. Regular busses do not run in the evening so be aware you need to take Metromare or a bike, taxi or Lime. Seaview is blocked partially by trees and /or houses, so make sure to book 3rd floor room when you want to enjoy the view. Little kiosque-supermarket is directly below the house to get beverages and such. Really nice host!!

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to enjoy all that the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that immediately made us feel at home. A special thank you to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome given to our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but they felt a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to coming back and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live an unforgettable stay in Fano!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea... we stayed with our cats. The house is comfortable to reach the promenade and the beach, tidy and clean; equipped with all comforts, from dishwasher to laundry, air conditioning and bicycles, outdoor space and reserved parking space. The welcome basket with snacks and breakfast sweets was very much appreciated. Kindness and availability from the host. We'll definitely be back!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Very nice apartment, with a lovely view and excellent usability of outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. Great location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the street and you reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the seafront allows you to get there in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and availability from the host. Solution to recommend!!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
