Apartman se nalazi na 3 katu u starijoj zgradi bez lifta, potpuno je renoviran i opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajima :) Najbliža plaža udaljena je svega 1,4 km. A okolo zgrade ima obilje javnog parkinga po povoljnoj cijeni i dva velika parkirališta.
