Holiday rentals with a pool in Miramar, Santurce

I enjoyed my stay . He extended my time for me due to my flight be delayed . That’s was very nice of him because he could have told me no. Highly recommended! Pool can be cleaner but over all it was a great place to stay . I would stay again . Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate him for being so nice and generous and being responsive fast

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

Great place to stay away from the day to day routines.

This was the perfect place for a group of 5 high school friends to begin our 70's Era Tour. Fernando was so accommodating, friendly, helpful and available. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The beach was a few minutes down the street and there were plenty of places to eat, drink and explore. Old Town was a quick Uber ride away.

This house was amazing, gated community which made our group feel so safe. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing. The small pool is not a jacuzzi though, but nice. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. bathrooms clean, the kitchen is a absolute dream !!! Lots of room. I would definitely stay again

Not far from familiar stores, 15 mins airport, 20 mins from downtown San Juan and beach. The back yard was my favorite part of the house. Quiet area, safe and fun. Will book again

Our stay at Luis & Miguelina’s place was great. We were nervous about the location when we arrived because of the surrounding houses but it was actually a quiet, safe area. The home was cozy & very clean. Luis & Miguelina were always available to answer our questions quickly. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! Beds very comfortable! The view is amazing. Great space to hang out. Pool table and a lot of games in the cabinets kept everyone entertained! Easy 1 block walk to beach! We would absolutely come again!!

This apartment had everything you can imagine: coffee making necessities, beach towels, 6 different sun screans, life jackets, all kinds of kitchenware…etc. It literally feels like you never left your home. If you forgot to bring anything, no worries. Most likely you will find what you need already available for you. The access to the pool and close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Would definitely come again 🩷

The location of this apartment was great. You can find everything within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definatly recomend it.

This was an amazing pick. Ami was a great host. We stayed in PR for my son’s 13th birthday and Ami even set up balloons for our entry. Endless suggestions were given on where to go and what to do. 10/10 stay

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Gerardo’s place. The space was very well kept and maintained comfortable space. The view is unrivaled! Would definitely stay again!!

We loved staying at Lizzie's place. It's in the perfect spot for those who want easy access to Old San Juan, the airport, and the greater Santurce area altogether. The pool was good but the convenience to Condado Beach directly across the street was even better. The unit even came with beach chairs (though confirm yourself in case things change) which we took with us and plopped down on the spacious beach for hours each day. Food in the area is great too, several tiers of dining, as well as bars and several convenience stores and pharmacies. The unit was easily accessible and the area felt safe the entire time. Bed was large, plenty of space to retire to at night, and was so clean that they even left a receipt for a recent routine exterminator visit. Great place and host, and even one local business owners called Lizzie the Mayor of Condado. She was proactive and responsive.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.
