Beach condo holiday rentals in Miramar Beach

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Nik’s place has breathtaking views of the golf, a walk across the street to the beach. He recommended some great places to eat. We stayed here for a week of baseball at Publix Park, which was about a ten minute drive. Pier park is right down the street. We were here during the “off season” so not every place was open, but there was plenty that were. Nik was extremely accommodating for our stay with early check in and late check out. We needed extra supplies as we stayed a week, he had items to help our stay delivered. Myself and family would definitely recommend Nik as a host and his PCB Airbnb!

My stay here was great, very spacious and accommodating for my family. I loved that every room had a view of the beach and I loved the large bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

We had a great time! Nice area for walking our dogs. About a minute and a half walk to access the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable living room, patio, and bedroom. Soft bed linens. Quiet ceiling fans! Nice televisions. The kitchen had just about anything you might need to whip up a meal. There’s an electric tea kettle for my pour over coffee! Washer/dryer unit works very well! Spacious shower-very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

This was the perfect place for us to take our two dogs to the beach for the first time! It was very dog friendly.. I feel like everyone staying there had a pup with them! It was only like a 3 minute drive to the dog beach and very close to the dog park as well. Also very close to shopping and food options. The bed was very comfortable!! Everything about their place is very intentional!! Jeff was also very responsive and helpful getting the tv logged into YouTube Tv one night! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

Stay was great! The unit itself was great. You really can’t beat an oceanfront view! The upgrades in the unit were nice and it was perfect being on the 5th floor, same as the skyway to parking so that you didn’t have to potentially use 2 sets of elevators. I’ve enjoyed Grand Panama itself each time I’ve stayed. Guest are respectful and it’s generally pretty quiet. There were lots of dogs during the time we were there but it wasn’t an issue. Jeremy was also great and super responsive to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

This condo is in excellent location with easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants. Place is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Chris was very helpful as well and we had great time with my family.

Wow. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful. That about sums it up! This place was over the top beautiful inside. The detail that they went to in decorating this place created an experience of being in an aquarium, while being in a very lovely and comfortable condo on the beach! In addition, the outside seating area, along with the eating area outside is so relaxing, and wonderful. Plus, there was an unbelievable shower experience, which I did not think I would appreciate because I am a simple person, but it was over the top in their remodeled shower!In addition, there was a wonderful tub in the second bathroom for soaking. I did not think I would be crazy about the bed, because we tend to like firm… But the cushy bed was super comfortable. This place was designed to feel extravagant and comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. The view from the balcony was beautiful and my daughter’s favorite memory from the trip was sitting out there every morning together. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within an easy, short walk and big box stores less than a 5 minute drive. Beach access was easy and the pool was heated and comfortable even this time of year. Made for a very relaxing week away from home!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

This condo was immaculately clean & exactly as pictured/described. They have extra towels, games and even a few beach chairs to use. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable too. AC kept a nice temperature at all times.

Well situated overlooking the pristine beach and heated pool and jacuzzi. There are 2 functioning outdoor gas grills on the common area patios. Very secure with gates, present maintenance staff, safeguards to access pool and beach areas. With 2 seniors and 4 young adults securing a 4 day weekend , palatial 7046 , exceeded our expectations. Super comfy family room seating with fuzzy lap throws (cool gulf breeze) we watched movies, shared videos, and had lots of laughs. dining space for 6 of us, prepping in a well Stocked kitchen. Single pod carafe or drip pot for coffee. lots of towels. We used our own car for quick errands but the shuttle runs frequently. The SGBR website is more accurate for real time tram , the app not so good. Easily , we booked golf, tennis lessons, the kids played pickleball on this units grounds, too.
