I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

The house has everything you need for days of relaxation and fun without hesitation for the comfort of your home. Amenities for 8 people, everything is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is functional, nice, Varese beach is 200 meters away, with good restaurants, walkable to Calle Guemes, Av Colón, casino, Aldrey shopping center, supermarket. Silvia was very friendly and always attentive to any need, she helped us with various practical topics. Great host. We would come back without thinking!

We are very happy with the accommodation and with her host Marcelo! The place is very beautiful and quiet. They didn't make you want to leave the house as cozy as it was. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my group of friends for 9 days, we had an incredible time. The house is so cute, just like you can see in the photos. The very full kitchen, and the garden with the beautiful grill and pool. Everything was super clean and well cared for. Bianca is very kind, always in touch. We will definitely be back.

Patricio's treatment was OUTSTANDING IN ALL exemplary attention where nothing was missing.' I was resolved all the operational issues I had pending. Without hesitation next year I'll be back !!

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

The location is spectacular and the view for the sea is a point apart. Viviana welcomed us kindly and told us everything in the apartment. Everything is highly recommended!

Both Juan and Melina communicated quickly and were available for everything. The area and apartment are very nice and comfortable. Just to mention and keep in mind, we came in a very hot week and maybe a fan was needed.

10/10 The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment comes very equipped, which facilitates the stay. I went with friends and it was truly a luxury! Fernando a genius, always available if we needed anything and the apartment gave it to us super clean! We recommend that they stay there, if they go with friends or family. The area is very good.

Beautiful penthouse, nicely located, spacious and clean, the private terrace is spectacular, David a genius, very attentive to everything!

Jorge Luis has a great peaceful place. all the basic necessities are covered. they take care of the home and live next door. making him very accessible. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place without luxury. :)

Top notch care, we were welcomed with an Argentine barbecue😋. The beautiful and spacious house in the best neighborhood in MDQ with a combination of tranquility and both restaurants and shops very close by. I definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Beautiful house with spacious environments to enjoy a very good stay. It has a large park with a pool and all the necessary amenities to have fun. It's just as it looks in the photos. María was always attentive to our needs. It's a place to come back to.

We stayed here for 4 weeks, when we arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working, as it was 30+ degrees we needed it. She was very quick to try and get it repaired but it wasn’t possible, it was then replaced for a new AC unit the next day. Mariane was very prompt in replying to any questions we had and always had a resolution for any issues. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone Rose Miller 🇬🇧
