Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mira Monte

My wife and I spent a few days in Santa Barbara and loved our airbnb. We really had no complaints! Others have said the shower in unit 2 is small and we knew that going in so were not surprised by it. In fact, I didn't think it was that small but rather the shower head is a bit low. The neighborhood is great. The bed is great. A perfect little home base for exploring Santa Barbara!

My fiancé & I had a great time staying at Kerri’s home! The space was clean & close to everything we wanted to do. Kerri was also very quick to respond when we had a question.

James’ place is in a great area. It’s super walkable to the pier, restaurants, and beaches. We thought there was abundant parking and we were usually able to park right in front. They offer a parking pass, which helps as well. I’ve stayed places in Santa Barbara, where there is no parking at all so this was a huge benefit in our minds. The bathroom is upgraded with new tile and is super clean. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again. if you fly in like we did, and intend to stay close to town and the beach, then you don’t even need a car. There are multiple things to do within an easy walking distance or short Uber ride. We take long walks when we’re at home and it was nice to be in a place that you could walk a few miles every morning right from your doorstep.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. That was extremely responsive no matter what questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay, we will be back. Thanks again, Jason. It was a real pleasure.

It’s a spacious unit on the second floor of an apartment complex. Two king beds and two full bathroom coupled with a washer / dryer served great for our family of four. Just 2 mins to 101 makes it a great location.

Had a great 8 night stay! Even better than the pictures show. Perfect design and amenities. Cannot recommend enough.

Char's place is even more beautiful than the photos. The open kitchen is fully stocked w/ everything you need to prepare meals. There was a good set of pots/pans, utensils, an array of spices, & nice plates, bowls and silverware. The bed was comfortable w/ soft sheets, plenty of extra blankets & a fan. The rain shower was amazing w/ perfect water pressure. There was so much attention to detail in everything from luggage racks in closet to a cute Christmas tree in the living room, plush robes, luxury towels, & extra toiletries.That outdoor space had a peaceful spa vibe. There is a table w/ chairs on the upper deck & a sitting area w/ couch & loungers near the tub & dry sauna. The soaking tub was divine. She even provides a selection of bath bombs, bath salts and candles. I would stay here again anytime and hope that her property is still standing after the devastating fire that started the day prior to check out. Char kept in constant communication with us and was extremely helpful.

We chose this place for its location on a quiet side street a 6-minute drive from our daughter's house. But it also turned out to be convenient to numerous restaurants and shopping areas, not to mention an easy 35-minute ride to Malibu. Don't be misled by the unprepossessing exterior. The interior was modern, spacious, bright, sparkling clean, and beautifully furnished, with tasteful and functional updated kitchen and baths. The listing photos are totally accurate. There was plenty of elbow room for ourselves, our daughter and son-in-law, and their 6-year-old son (who also enjoyed the wooden playscape). A final note: the only things Sara asked of us on checkout were to put the keys back in the lockbox and make sure the furniture hadn't been moved. No burdensome cleaning chores required, a refreshing change from some of our previous Airbnb experiences.

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Great location and beautiful home! The house was close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, so ideally situated for our family of 4. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Shelly was very communicative and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely return!

We booked this home since it's right down the street from family. It was perfect for our needs, we weren't home much as we mostly hung out with our family at their house but everything we needed was there - linens, kitchen gear, etc. I will try to seek this home out again when coming back out to visit.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

Great place and awesome host, my family and I had a great time staying at the house.

A great place to be near everything, especially the beach. The hottub was incredible to soak in. Beds are super cozy and plush, and was nice to have a movie night in with fuzzy blankets. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic AirBnB. The unit itself is charming. Beautiful table and large TV. Feels larger than a normal studio apartment. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. I was able to use a provided bicycle to go out and about. The area itself is pretty nice. Short drive or bike ride to downtown. About a mile away from Surfers Point which is incredibly gorgeous. There is a taco truck across the street that is really good. 711 close by. I loved it . I didn’t have a problem with anything. The only issue I could see someone having is if they are a very light sleeper. Lots of clunkers with modified exhausts whipping down Ventura blvd. But again , for the price, this place is excellent

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

I really enjoyed my time here.. Its a great location that is close to everything…. Michael was a fantastic host.. he really went above and beyond and i am so grateful for him and his hospitality. His place is so comfy with a feel at home vibe!! I would for sure recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
