Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mira Monte

My wife and I spent a few days in Santa Barbara and loved our airbnb. We really had no complaints! Others have said the shower in unit 2 is small and we knew that going in so were not surprised by it. In fact, I didn't think it was that small but rather the shower head is a bit low. The neighborhood is great. The bed is great. A perfect little home base for exploring Santa Barbara!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Without hesitation the absolute best place we have stayed at in Santa Barbara to date. Five star accommodations elevated by the following: large, spacious rooms, small details done right; extremely well designed interiors, exterior, and spectacular roof deck. Tastefully appointed and well stocked kitchen, laundry, and two oversized European style bathrooms helped make this stay go well beyond expectations. Re: the area, it is extremely walkable, very close to the beach, wharf, and state street. We appreciated being in a real neighborhood versus a tourist hotbed. Taking daily walks to nearby Oat bakery or the corner bodega or passing by such a rich assortment of homes and architectural styles added to our holiday visit. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Love the view of the golf course. Nice to not have neighbors behind you.

John and Roe were wonderful hosts.. The pictures don’t do the location justice… You walk out the back door and you are literally on the beach… Sunsets are magnificent and it is very private..very few people on the beach.. It has all the amenities that you need to cook if you so choose, the beds are comfortable and they were nice enough to have bikes for us to use… There is a great neighborhood diner a half a block away that has wonderful breakfast and lunches … Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning next year ..

The space is a phenomenal place to get away for a weekend of relaxation. Char was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had before check in. The amenities were great. Char even provided little things that made the space feel very welcoming. If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Great location and beautiful home! The house was close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, so ideally situated for our family of 4. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Shelly was very communicative and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Great place to stay at the beach ! Convenient to HWY 101. Roomy very comfortable, well equipped, enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace was great for the cool evenings. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding would highly recommend.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
