Holiday houses in Mira Flores

We really enjoyed our stay in this house – the pool is in excellent condition, the sea is just a stone’s throw away, the water is clean, and the ocean floor has no rocks, just sand, making it perfect for children.

Beautiful House in a great location

The houses and the employees are very nice. Thank you for all your help. The only think is the internet es very bad and slow conexión the same with the cable TV.

We were rained out by tropical storm Sara and ended up having to head to Costa Rica early and Freek was great about it. This was totally due to weather and he was kind enough to help us out by giving us some cash back. Wilbert at the front desk helped arranged our rides and was a great person all around. The place is a perfect beach spot. Secluded and exactly what we wanted but tropical storm Sara decided to be a pain in the @$$. We definitely want to come back and try again next year!

It was my first visit to Nicaragua, and the house was definitely the best. From before booking, Allan answered all the doubts he had not only about the house but about the area and places to manage me as a tourist. Leaving the complex there are super nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Yes or if it's to go with a car. But everything you need like that is restaurants, shops. Pharmacies, gas stations are less than 10 mins driving. The house is super cute and cozy, and safe. We really felt right at home. The appliances are all new. There is air conditioning in every part of the house and even though the weather is super warm. Air conditioning works 100%. The pool and patio were what we used the most. Even we even use a grill to roast meat 👍🏻.A part of the roofed terrace👌. The truth was that everything was amazing. I recommend it 100% and definitely when I return to Nicaragua I would love to stay again at Allan's.

excellent place very quiet close to many places by cheap taxi

This house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and features the most comfortable beds. It accommodates up to seven people, making it perfect for families with children or couples. The hot water is always just right, and the amenities are top-notch. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works wonderfully, and the high-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work. The hammocks on the patio are incredibly relaxing, and the smart TV is fantastic for children, offering easy access to YouTube and Netflix. The location is ideal—safe, within a gated community, and with direct access to Carretera Masaya’s vibrant shopping, dining, and tourist spots. There is assigned parking for up to four cars, but if you don’t have your own vehicle, it’s easy to get a taxi or use public transportation to and from the property. Oscar is an excellent host—always responsive and helpful. We had an incredible vacation at Oscar's house and highly recommend this property!

The penthouse is a beautiful space with an exceptional view. The sunsets are legendary! Some particularly great things were the full-sized fridge, extremely comfy bed and great access to everthing in Popoya (including breaks). We had heavy rain the second week we were there and Corey was very sympathetic to our situation. I ended up working at the coworking space down the road most days the second week, which I can also highly recommend if you need reliable internet during rainy season. Manual, the man who runs the place atm, is lovely and provided great suggestions on restaraunts and even things to do on Granada!
