One bathroom with large bathtub and dryer. Three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, one with two single beds and a ceiling fan and one with a single bed. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Cozy town house right in the center of Mahón. It is at only 4 minute walking distance from the most characteristic places to see in Mahón. It has been reformed, renewed and decorated with an exquisit taste. Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen consists of an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combi refrigerator, dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, washing machine... as well as all the necessary utensils. In the dining room is the sofa-bed, TV with HDMI and USB. As well as Wifi for the whole house. It has 3 particular terraces and direct access to the pool.
