Great place to stay! Easy to communicate with the owner. Would definitely recommend.

About three families stayed at the house and it was worth every penny! While the space was very big it was a tiny dirt ie toothbrush under bed, hair on sheets and animal droppings in the kitchen . Other then that there was several bathrooms for everyone and very excluded from the city

Our Stay at Shawn’s Place We had such a wonderful time while staying at Shawn’s Place. The condo feels like a log cabin as soon as you walk in the door. A beautiful stone fireplace, leather couches, log beds in each bedroom all add to the log cabin feel. The beds are so comfortable and they have the softest sheets! There is plenty of room for family too because there are 2 family rooms, 3 bathrooms and a set of bunkbeds for the kids. The most amazing feature, however, are the views of Bear Lake from each level via floor-to-ceiling windows; outstanding! We hope to stay at Shawn’s place every year! FYI - we’ve been coming up to Bear Lake for the past 40 years. Shawn’s place is now tied with our other favorite place.

This place has the most incredible views! You can sit in the hot tub you can look out over the lake. It’s stunning! The place is brand new and very nicely appointed. We had 6 couples and everyone had their own room with nice beds. The great room was amazing and a wonderful place to socialize. We loved it!

Great location, with everything we needed for the family stay.

This place was awesome! Across the street from the lake (so a little quieter and not as busy) but super easy access. We drove through the gate to the private beach and down on the sand right to the shore!! We rented sea-doos that took less than 5 minutes to drive to our spot on the lake. The opposite direction has you within a couple blocks of restaurants, shops, grocery store, gas etc. There was also plenty of parking.

Andrea & Victor’s place is great! This was our second time staying here in downtown Lava Hot Springs, and had a blast! They are great hosts who are responsive within 2 minutes. This house has everything you need for a small group or a family. A great sized living room, tvs, fast wifi, a good sized kitchen, and a lot of bed rooms. There is even an entire loft for kids, and a backyard patio. Also pet friendly! About a 5 minute walk, and a 1 minute drive to everything in Lava Hot Springs. We love staying here, and will book again next year hopefully! Thank you so much

We really enjoyed or stay. The place was spacious and perfect for our family’s needs. Close to town and things to do. Will definitely consider booking again next time we are coming to Bear Lake.

Our family absolutely loved this place! Well stocked, clean, laundry room beach towels, plenty of bathrooms, open space and large bedrooms. Felt right at home. Jason was available if needed. We loved the games, BBQ, bikes, and hot tub (at the clubhouse) oh and grocery store next door!!! We will definitely want to stay here again. Bear Lake was absolutely beautiful and the weather (for end of August). This place will not disappoint!

What a peaceful place and beautiful view. We really enjoyed our two nights here. We were right down the street from north shore beach which made it very nice to have such a short drive after a long day in the sun. The fireplace was perfect for us to gather around and talk once the sun was going down. Plenty of room for everyone and space for kids to run around outside. Being right up on the water was ideal for those who fished!

nice house,glad it had a washer and dryer frig is nice and big but hope you like a 5 am training blowing other that great veiw
