Gîte moderne tres comfortable. Good location to visit the surroundings(St Malo, Dinan, Dinard). 5 days with perfect family.

We had a great week with our family at Alain's house. The whole place was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the garden under the sun is a real delight. The bedrooms are well away from the common room, which makes it possible to make greasy mornings. You just have to be discreet in the morning when you get up because the rooms between them are not very soundproofed. Nearby activities have allowed lovers of the sea or walks to feast. We also enjoyed a lot of all the board games available for young and old. The neighbor is always there to help. Special mention to the little cat Ruby and the two deer who gave us their visit! A great very quiet stay in this typical Breton house. Communication with Alain has always been kind. I would recommend this retreat of peace.

We spent a weekend in Patrick's house. Quiet ,close to Rennes. The house is very spacious, everyone can have their own space, very well equipped and impeccably clean. The fireplace is great for evenings by the fire. Very good quality bedding. Great communication with Patrick . thanks also to Chrystele. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is very pleasant and has all the accessories/products needed to have a nice stay with the family. Its location is an undeniable asset (close to Saint-Malo and the Rennes/Saint-Malo axis). Delphine is a very responsive host and does not hesitate to share all the information. I highly recommend it.

Cozy and warmly decorated apartment, right in the historic center of Rennes. Ideal location 2 steps from the metro.

The apartment is really very charming with a beautiful light and everything you need! We loved the fact that it was located close to the city center and on a dead end street, which limited car traffic. There was just the TV that wasn't working that night, but Jacques was very responsive to help as best he could. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it!

Great stay, bright apartment very well located in the old heart of Rennes with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is really equipped for cooking, which is rare! We had the most beautiful time and everything that we expected was exceeded. The magnificent house created memories to cherish forever. The surrounding area was very peaceful and the nearby beach, was within 5 minutes walk. The owner Daniele, was quick to sort any queries and made our stay an amazing experience. We all enjoyed our special time together and everything was just perfect. Cant wait to revisit!!

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Excellent stay in Pierre-Emmanuel's beautiful little house, very well equipped for the whole family (dog included!), cozy and functional. Exceptional environment 2 steps from the beach, quiet and green. Excellent hospitality, communication and responsiveness of hosts with a very good gastronomic address book. We strongly recommend this place and 'll be happy to come back.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

We had a pleasant stay at Christian and Isabelle's. They hosted us and always responded to our requests. It's very much appreciated. The house was very cozy, a landscaped and thoughtfully decorated environment. We recommend this property.

We were in Dinard for the first time as a family over the turn of the year. The house is totally quiet and, as seen in the photos with a fantastic view of the sea and the beach. The car can be parked on the property behind an automatic gate. Kitchen and living room are very cozy and fully equipped. At night you can quietly hear the sea - wonderful! 2 bakers and 4 different restaurants are only 2 minutes walking. The Plage de l'Ecluse can be reached in 30 minutes via a beautiful path along the coast from "our" beach Plage Saint Enogat. Even in winter, Brittany is simply magnificent and worth a visit!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
