I love the apartment and the location. The amenities are top notch h and the location can not be beat. Will stay here again for sure definitely a choice for longer stays.

I had a wonderful stay at Robert and Anj’s detached property in Minglanilla. It served as an ideal base for exploring Cebu, with a supermarket and mall conveniently close by. The apartment itself was impeccably maintained, fully equipped, and easily accessible. We especially appreciated the straightforward car hire at Wheels2Go just down the road. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the accommodating guards in the compound. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

I stayed for a month to work and discover Cebu and surroundings on the weekends. The place is ideal because you can enjoy the swimming pool, the peaceful garden and the roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a quiet breakfast. Nearby is a shopping center where you can eat, drink and do groceries. Of course, there are street vendors everywhere where you can get local food and fruit. The supermarket is useful for products such as water, sunscreen etc. The location itself is a bit far from the ceuntrum of Cebu, but within 30 minutes you are in the city (with Grab you ordered taxi and food, in front of your own door). The internet was good enough to have meetings and there was a desk where I could sit and work. Pierre and Nelia were very helpful and friendly and gave tips on what to do. Her family members were also very helpful and if I needed anything they were there for me. I look back on the stay with great pleasure and would book again next year.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ms. Marj was very responsive, and Sir Jojo was incredibly accommodating. The space was spacious—just right for my family. The instructions were very clear, and the place was easy to find. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

We really liked the place. It’s a small studio-type space but it can comfortably fit two people. It’s clean and very well-maintained. The unit is in a compound staffed with very nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt very safe and comfortable there. There’s a small restaurant inside the compound that serves simple but very, very good food. (Hat tip to you, Roland and Daphne). We would gladly stay there again if we’re ever in that area of Cebu again.

Great place but limited parking

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. It's inexpensive and well worth it. We appreciate you making room for us! Thank you 😊

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
