Great home for vacation, 5 star experience! We rented the house to spend Réveillon with some friends and the experience was just amazing! The house was impeccably clean and organized, offering all the comfort we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and all the appliances were working perfectly, which made all the difference for our stay. The air conditioned in the rooms and other rooms were of great quality, ensuring a lot of comfort for all. One of the great advantages of the house was the dishwasher, which made our daily life much easier, and the bathtub in one of the suites, which was a wonderful surprise and provided moments of relaxation. The host was always very solicitous, attentive and quick in the responses. This gave us even more peace of mind throughout our stay. For sure, our rating is 5 stars! Super we recommend the house for those looking for comfort.

I spent the new year in Chácara São Gabriel together with my family and we really enjoyed the stay. Welington is an extremely thoughtful host, responds to messages very quickly and has answered all the requests we need. The house is very complete, it has utensils for cleaning, cooking utensils and barbecue. The pool is delicious. The host's father was at the farm to take care of the vegetable garden and the chicken coop that exists on the property and also gave us several fruits that are planted there. It was me and my family to the site, Jailda gave us the correct instruction of how to get in and everything was so tidy and smelling that we fell in love there! He had already gone to Brotas other times in hotal, but this doesn't even compare to the experience I had! Cozy locale, good for walks and quiet neighborhood beeeem! The place is very good for 4 people we were and also used and took everything we needed and that they had warned us in the listing earlier to take! We love it, we want to go back now

The place is great, with a great structure for a group trip. The kitchen and house have all the utensils and facilities necessary for a great stay. In addition, the chacara has a very good location, without needing to hit dirt road. The recreational areas are very good and exactly as in the description. André and his mother were very attentive and helpful, indicating nearby markets and facilitating the checkout schedule.

Our stay was perfect, the house is exactly as it is in the listing, we had the impression that it is even bigger, very spacious indoors and outdoors, the pool is heated and wonderful, we arrived at the house everything was very clean. We met in every way and the uper we recommend it.

The stay was great and the place is very beautiful. What we found was aligned with the pictures. We were very well received at checkin and they always kept asking later if we didn't need anything. We asked to clean the pool and close small holes in the fence (for the dogs not to run away) and did it promptly. We think it's a great experience. It was worth every penny. I recommend it.
