Holiday rentals with beach access in Mindanao

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Panglao! We had a very pleasant stay at Christophe’s place in Panglao. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Christophe was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao!

If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

great stay! right near the south end of tourist road, and fairly secluded and private. rented motorcycle with a surfboard reach and this was a fantastic home base to explore the area with.

A really nice and friendly host that will help you with everything you need. Really good internet compared to all other hotels in Panglao. The only con is the remote location, but it’s close to a snorkelling spot and the cave

so it's relly nice if u plan to stay up till midnight but intill midnight every night there's loud music from the bar also loud banging from the building 2 houses next door starts at 7 am every day but sunday they also get tools from a garage that's used for storage but every day they roll that up to get tools and it would wake me

The place was great! Worth the money except for the stairs - not senior friendly as it's very steep. Also, the location going to the place was in between neighboring houses, like alleyways, sideroads and backyards. Other than that, the caretakers were very accomodating and approachable. They had all the necessities of a home plus more! The place was also very clean and convenient, with an amazing view and fresh air ♡

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

We stayed in Chris' house for 9 days, my husband and I with our three children (9, 6 and 2 years old) and we were super comfortable!!! The house is very close (5 minutes away) from the bar and restaurant area in General Luna, in a very quiet and intimate area, perfect for what we were looking for. On our arrival everything was very easy: they made it easier for us to rent motorcycles and shared some good tips for exploring the island. The house is perfect, very nice, spacious rooms, nice seating area, equipped kitchen and everything super clean and tidy. Siargao is a place to return. And when we do, we will go directly to Chris to choose this place again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Seaview House. Mama Rose and Bernard took good care of all our needs and responded fast to all of our requests. The house was super clean and you can’t beat the location being close to the beach…so relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. Would love to go back!

The place was really nice with relax environment and away from the heavy traffic and noise. It located by the water only steps away. You will need a car to move around. It still had easy access to the market for food and easy access to tourist entertainment. Grace the property manager was very pleasant and kind to deal with. Will definitely stay there again. There was no air condition however the nights and early mornings were cool and breezy made it livable for me coming from a cold climate. The location has great sunset and sitting out on the balcony look at the ocean having breakfast and dinner was remarkable.

Great spot for a last-minute trip to Siargao. Plenty of space for one person. It was great for people working remotely as the wifi was always spot on and they have a generator too in case power goes out. Location is in the back road which is quieter but still relatively close to some restaurants. The balcony was nice although there was construction happening right next to it. Not the host’s fault but thought you should know. Host Jay was very responsive and helpful. He can help you get a scooter if you want it delivered to your airbnb.

Clean accommodation. It was on the second floor, so it was good to move around.

Really good place, close by to a lot of shops. In a gated and guarded community so felt really safe. Would highly recommend to others for the future!

The unit was exactly as described. You're a short tuk-tuk ride or walk to Alona Beach and all it offers. The Jacuzzi was a real treat after a long day of exploring. The hosts provide earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch to minimize the sounds from the road. Aple and the other hosts / staff were all lovely and went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing place ! Great location plus nice swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ gym 🏋️‍♀️ and billiards 🎱, all FREE. Comfortable bed 🛌 and nice living room to watch your movie 🍿 at night on the sofa with a free Netflix account ! I highly recommend this place !
