Interior design is really perfect! We like the design of kitchen and living room so much , especially the bean bags! Also, cleanliness is five star! But there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the first floor. Besides that , everything is perfect!

A fantastic stay while visiting the Mt Fuji area! Was very clean and the host was excellent in regards to communication. He allowed us to check in early so we had a place to hold our luggage while we explored. The station pick up and drop off was super convenient! We stayed with our baby and a pack and play fit perfectly in the room!

Very convenient location for a short stay in Kawaguchiko. It is about a 10 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station and you have pretty privileged view of Fujisan right outside the place. Note that the shower is separate from the room but each room have their dedicated stall, so you're not really sharing your shower. The room was super clean and well equipped with all the essentials, with multiple heaters to help during winter. The room itself is not very soundproof so you might hear your neighbors walk or move stuff around. It wasn't a problem for me since I was out most of the day. Lake Kawaguchiko is 20 minutes away (by foot) and you can hop on a ferry boat, take the gondola or hike to have a gorgeous view of Fujisan. Definitely recommend it, great value for the price!

The hospitlity was great.

The homestay is hygienic but fully equipped.The price is too expensive, and for a trip of four, this price corresponds to a lesser price for the service.

The house is very close to Marina Park, but it takes a longer tram turnaround time to go to other attractions.Surrounded by a lot of small restaurants, it feels like a lot of locals come to eat, and it's a quick 5-minute walk to McDonald's. The room is very clean, the bathroom is also dry and wet, and the small balcony will be able to see the top of Mt. Fuji. Because of the street facing the street, it was good to hear the occasional sound of motorcycles from the fried street at night.

The place makes you feel in home. The nearest station is at 10 minutos walking, which make it very convenient to move around the city. Highly recommend if you are planning to stay some days.

Josie's place is perfectly located near the Yamato train station. I had work to do in Zama and Sagami and was able to commute perfectly fine by train. From Yamato you can take a direct train to Shinjuku as well. There is a big supermarket nearby and lots of convenience stores around. As for the place, it is a bigger than a traditional studio as the bathroom and kitchen are in separate areas. I had a very confortable stay. The host Josie is very attentive and will guide you through everything. Would love to come back!

The train passes nearby, so you can hear the noise of the train until midnight.But it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep. It was a pleasant stay because it was a good distance from Shinjuku. Thank you for your time.

Great place to shut down, it's right next to the river so you've got a great place to run right outside. The nearby temple is very pretty, especially a night if you're looking for a great shot, it's dimly lit by warm and diffused light. In my personal opinion, it's better than anything I saw in Kyoto, though maybe I'm biased because here, I could actually take a photo without at least 50 people being in it haha. It's right next to the tracks, I am extremely sensitive to noise so I'm surprised that I was almost completely unbothered by the trains even without ear plugs, at night it was a non issue. Just don't sleep with the window open, I was here in the middle of winter so that was never even a consideration. However if you sat inside all day, it could get annoying, like a neighbour mowing their grass all day. Rickie was nothing but an absolute gentleman, I have nothing negative to say about him.
