Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Milwaukee

Stayed here with a group for my bachelorette party and have zero complaints! The space was exactly as described (if not bigger!) and fit twelve people comfortably. Two free parking spots are a huge plus, but there is ample street parking available as well. There are many restaurants, bars, etc. within walking location, with the rest of Milwaukee just a short drive away. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

We would definitely go back when in Bay View. The home was very cozy and view of the park across street was definitely a positive.

Molly was very responsive…gave us a preview of the space and was incredibly gracious with allowing us to host our family’s holiday gathering. The house is very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to host our family gatherings…the kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, dishes and cooking and serving items. Molly said if we are standing in the kitchen and wondering if we can use something…the answer is yes! I highly recommend this home and Molly and Jim are definitely super hosts! Thanks again for allowing us to use your home to make new memories!

Very spacious spot. Super close to everything you’d want to do in Milw. Off street parking was a plus, too. Highly recommend. Kevin was a great communicator, readily available. Def will be returning.

This was a great stay for our group of 5. The home was very cozy and nostalgic. Everything was labeled down to the light switches. The movie selection was GREAT, we missed having VHS and DVD options. Another review mentioned like it feeling like grandmas house And yes yes Indeed. It had a charm that made us all want to take our shoes off before stepping inside. If guests continue to respect the place, it’ll continue to be a great option for your group.

We spent a weekend at Jennifer's excellent rental while in the Milwaukee area for a sports event. She was a great communicator, super helpful and responded immediately each time that I reached out with a question. This rental is more spacious than the photos depict and super quiet despite the in-the-city location, located on a gorgeous peaceful one-way street with upscale historic homes. I would love to return to stay here again!

What an incredible stay! Clean, cozy, and in an incredible location. I would highly recommend Leah’s place for any group looking for a place to stay in Milwaukee. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed and the backyard is beautiful.

Due to late arrival of our flight, we order Airbnb after 9PM. However, Mike respond to us in less than 10 mins. And self drive to us in person to setup password and show us around (Again it was almost 10PM). Me and my wife had a joyful stay. The place is safe and 5 mins walk to grocery shopping. If you are looking for places to stay for your family, and safety and clean is your consideration. Than Mike's place will be your first choice!

It was so spacious and comfortable, especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as it was two couples staying there. I loved all the large windows allowing natural light and the beautiful view of Milwaukee and sunrise and sunsets. The balcony was nice to sit out on and be able to open the door and some windows. Location is fun, plenty of people out walking their dogs, nearby restaurants, next to a really cool looking ice cream place, also had off street parking. I always love to stay in historic buildings, especially ones that have been restored and repurposed such as this one. The old wood doors at entry and steps up to the second floor have character as does the unit itself. The kitchen was clean and modern.

Host was responsive and took care of two issues (smoke smell upon arrival and non-functional hair dryer) very quickly. House was just the right size for the six of us and it was conveniently located for our visit to family

This is our second time staying at one of Jeremy’s places in Wauwatosa. The house was perfectly described and the bed was super-comfortable. The entire home was comfortable and well-appointed. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

It’s very cozy and spacious!

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed in, this definitely lands on the top internationally. Excellent for short visits as well as long stays. Host is responsive and amiable, never felt like I wasn’t taken care of. Location is perfect as well, very central and close to everything.

I have not been in Wisconsin for 20 years. It was great to comeback to Bayview. The location was very convenient to everything including downtown. Love the shower, the water pressure was strong and perfect. Bed was comfortable, each room had an air conditioner, and it was hot during my visit in September. If I am to visit Milwaukee again, I would definitely consider. Thanks!

The place was clean, quiet, and safe. It is an amazing location if you are traveling to go out on trails and see nature. Our son left behind a book and the host offered to mail it to us! Very kind of him. We had a great stay.

My cousins and I do an annual get away weekend every year and we were looking for the perfect spot and Abey’s place was it!! We had such a wonderful time! Her responsiveness to any text I sent was responded to immediately. She gifted us a welcoming champagne and even offered an entire dinner on her! We were incredibly happy with our stay, and the place is beautiful!! The layout is so unique and the backyard is like a dream! I am so incredibly thankful for Abey and for making our cousins get away weekend one to remember. We definitely will be back! If you need a perfect stay, no need to look any further Abey’s place is the one!

Truly a gem near Lake Geneva. Plamena’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to host our families. It was our first time vacationing again after having babies earlier this year and our toddler had a blast. She won’t stop talking about “her toys” at the airbnb. Plamena’s place is also a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva which was very convenient. Our overall experience was great, Plamena is an amazing host and we look forward to staying with her again in the near future.

Great condo that was in a beautiful setting. We went in the Fall and the property was very quiet. We saw turkeys and deer and enjoyed the view of the lake from the condo. Mars restaurant was a short walk away which was also nice.

We were very fortunate to book Wendi’s condo just a couple weeks prior to our trip. We wanted to celebrate a friend’s birthday away from Chicago and chose Lake Geneva for the proximity. We found Wendi’s condo to be a perfect combination of location, space, and amenities. Being just a 10-minute drive to Lake Geneva’s downtown allowed us to explore/eat and be back in time to enjoy the sunset and relax. There are Uber drivers around the area so none of us had to draw straws to be the DD. Keep in mind the entire complex becomes very quiet in the evening – this could have been due to us arriving the weekend after July 4th. Luckily, we came up here to relax but if you are arriving with a loud group you may upset the older neighbors. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or tennis courts, we did visit The Ridge hotel for its fantastic coffee shop and restaurant. Overall, we had a great time, felt comfortable and got exactly what we came up here for. Thanks Wendi!

We had a great family experience at Grand Geneva Resort.

This place is absolutely amazing. It so well placed inside and out. It has all the class and grandeur of a Victorian style mansion with extremely modern appliances and upgraded fixtures. The seven bedrooms inside the home are very comfortable and placed in such a way to offer a feeling of togetherness while still allowing for privacy. The master bedroom is MASSIVE offering a beautiful view of the lake. All in all this home is a dream come true for any family gathering. I cannot wait to revisit in the summer months! If you're ever visiting Racine for a length of time THIS HOUSE is the only option!! 10 stars!!
