Melanie was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful right from the very beginnig. She welcomed us as soon as we got there and we felt right at home. The whole home is absolutely stunning, just like the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Me and my partner stayed in the barn and our friends stayed in the cottage right next door, nice that we wasnt too far away from our friends but we also had our own privacy aswell. Though we had rainy weather whilst we were there, we didnt let it stop us from using the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to unwind and relax after the driving around and busy days out. Melanie would check up on us during our stay which we thought was very kind of her, she also left us cute little cornish treats which were super yummy. We wish we had booked longer and are looking forward to coming back again hopefully with a lot of sunshine! Thank you again Melanie, we loved our holiday x

Very cosy and central accommodation. Very well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Only slight downside was ease of parking. We hope to return sometime.

stayed for 4nights with our dog as well. the caravan was great, but it was the location that made it for us. the beach was outstanding. Molly our dog just loved charging around the huge dog friendly area. It was nice to come back to and sit outside with a glass of wine despite a bit of dodgy wheather. The caravan was spacious and very well equipt, alltogether a very nice break.

Wonderful location with great views over the sea and a woodland to the back. Very cosy, warm and well-appointed property with everything you could need (including plenty of torches for navigating outside at night!). Tamsin was a friendly, responsive host who left helpful and clear instructions. We brought our greyhound and found the bungalow and the village very dog friendly. Great pub and cafes right by the beach!

What a gem! We'll be returning! Lovely sea views and coastal walks. a good range of restaurants. Sea views and peace and quiet. The cottage was cosy and well decorated. We had a fabulous time. Margaret, the host was very helpful and communicative and prompt to reply. A wonderful New Year with friends! Big thanks!🙂

Oh this place has my heart. Third time now staying here and I instantly melt as soon as I arrive. It’s pretty, homely, cosy and surrounded by the best nature. It’s all on your doorstep and I love the little ferry across to Fowey to pick up supplies. Only regret is that I can’t stay forever!

Amazing stay comfortable clean and outstanding views. We arrived during a storm but Rebecca and James kept updating us and checking in to see if we were okay. Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Great find and we'll located to explore surrounding area. Lodge is furnished to an exceptional standard, felt like home away from home. Welcome basket was well received and lovely touch.

We had a family get together at this house, complete with full roast cooked onsite for 5, certainly well equiped establishment. Clean, tidy, excellent location. You get what you pay for springs to mind, i.e. yes its expensive but its a top class location etc. I would recommend

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!

Amazing location and amazing views. Place was just perfect for us especially as the beach was so close for us to take the dogs for walks. Clean and spacious, with a parking space directly outside the door. Overall, it is definitely a place I would stay in again.
