Nice little place close to all the most beautiful villages in Périgord. The accommodation is very good for two, and special mention for the hot tub! Amanda was a lovely and responsive host. Recommended!

A beautifully designed, recently renovated, and well-equipped gite in a peaceful location just a few miles outside the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. The house is very comfortable and the hot tub is a very welcome bonus. Joël and Pascale could not be better hosts - they are so friendly and very happy to chat, but they also respected our privacy. They are very generous with gifts of food and drink, and very relaxed and understanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

The scenery around the property is beautiful, offering peaceful and picturesque views that made my mornings so relaxing. Great stay of which we will keep memorable memories! Huguette welcomed us very warmly and was good advice throughout the stay with very appreciable little touches. The decoration of the accommodation is very pleasant and pushed into the details, it has everything you need and you feel at home right away. The cherry on the cake with the hot tub, it was perfect thank you again!!

The stay we had was perfect, the accommodation is charming and very welcoming. It's really great for a romantic weekend, everything is done with taste. Everything necessary was on site (including cleaning at the end of the stay, there is nothing to provide in the luggage for this). The huge + is the private terrace with the hot tub, but also the quality of the bedding. Thank you also for the quality of communication with our hosts, always responsive! You can go there without a second thought! Thanks for everything, we had a great weekend!

Jenny and her place were a delight. Ever helpful and attentive when needed we enjoyed our time in the area and with helpful suggestions from Jenny gave us the time and space to unwind and spend time in the Dordogne. The weather wasn't always that good so less comments about the outdoor space than we might have wanted to offer though they did look as they do in the photos. We recommend Jenny and Fleur's place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage- the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It's a great fit with the photos and description. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I worked remotely and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l 'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, Padirac Gouffre and lots of others! Very pleasant walks in the vineyards as well as the jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest:) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. Quite a wonderful week spent in Truffle. The house has everything you need, the setting is heavenly, the pool (and view) are to die for, and there are so many things to do within easy striking distance. Carolyn and Jerry were excellent hosts. 100 percent recommend both the house and the area if you are looking for a relaxing week in the Dordogne.

Tara and Carl’s place is set in the most stunning peaceful countryside. We had the most beautiful view of their land to wake up to after a very comfortable nights sleep. Carl was incredibly friendly, taking his time to show us around the grounds and making sure we had everything we needed. Tara was incredibly responsive to any questions we had including coming back to us at lighting speed to accommodate our very last minute visit. So happy we stumbled upon their beautiful set up and attentive hospitality. Thank you

Natalie and Patrick were great hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. They were on hand if you needed them but not intrusive. The Gite was lovely, clean, comfortable and has been lovingly restored. Everything in the Gite was of the highest quality. The Gite has fabulous views and the surrounding area is beautiful. In fact the Dordogne generally is stunning. Thank you for a lovely stay and no doubt will return.

We loved the setting of Christophe’s place. The house feels very private even though it is in a tiny hamlet. Lovely decor and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Outside dining and pool area exceptionally well designed and executed, a lovely environment to be in. We went e-biking using Bike Bus and canoeing both were great fun. The canoeing is very, very popular.

We had a great weekend with friends with great board games! I highly recommend this ludogite!

Very functional and beautifully rustic with personal touches. The space has very comfortable furniture that is uncommon at this price point. The space is private yet feels embraced by the farm. It is also isolated yet very close to the village. The house are warm and balcony at very respectful. It’s really the best of both all the way around.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Polly and Mark’s place! The spot is truly magical—peaceful, beautiful, and just perfect for a getaway. The accommodation itself is awesome, with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The location can't be better. Polly and Mark are lovely hosts—friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your privacy. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hospitality, discreet and available hosts. For the price it's perfect, and a plus for the small garden area 100% private with views of the fields and horses! The shower is a little cramped but it's worth it;)

Great stay at Clos Caché, the house is beautiful, even more than the photos suggest. This is a summer house perfect for large groups. Florian is a very available, accommodating and nice host! We'll be happy to go back.

Great welcome from Anais, location one km from the heart of gourdon and yet very wild, charming place and very nice host. It feels like home. Full of cooking supplies, a big plus for me. Easy to use fire heating with character. Recommends without hesitation

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

A vacation we won't forget! What a pleasure to stay in this accommodation located in the countryside in a quiet environment with magnificent views. The listing is even better than the photos. It is extremely clean, well arranged and lacks nothing. The pool is beautiful, very well maintained and is appreciated after a good day of walks and discoveries in the area. David and his family were very accommodating and discreet throughout the stay. Maloya and Ruby, their dogs are adorable and endearing. A real little pearl to discover the Lot!

we stayed at the Gite for 15 days. Inga & Marco were very welcoming & attentive throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious & met all our needs for our stay. We had access to a lovely pool on one side. At front we had a patio which was lovely for our lunch & dinner. it is very private & secluded. The gite is in a great location with beautiful villages nearby. Inga & Marco were fabulous hosts, so helpful. We would recommend this gite

We had a wonderful week at La Tuilerie Grange. David and Caroline provided a warm welcome. The photos on the site are already beautiful, but if you see the estate with the gardens, the terraces and the swimming pool in one word it is fantastic. Well worth experiencing it for yourself. Successful vacations in this cottage where calm and tranquility reign. The house and equipment are suitable for 4 people. A few kilometers away, SALVIAC and GOURDON offer all the necessary amenities. We had a favorite in the photo for the inner courtyard but we preferred the small space in front of the house where the view is unobstructed and beautiful. We had a few warm days but following Françoise's recommendations, everything went well. Thank you, Françoise, for your sympathy and responsiveness.
