Villa holiday rentals in Milan

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. We look forward to coming back many times. Personal thank you to Barbara and her wonderful grandfather!

The host was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked the accommodation. He met us in person at the house and gave us a tour of the house and explained certain things like the recycling and how to use the TV's. The host was in communication with us regularly to check if we had any problems and ensure we were stocked with the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. The location of the house is down a narrow one way road with a gated entrance to the property. I would advise not to bring a big car because the road and entrance are small! We are located just of the main road in Somma Lombardo and Lidl is only 5 minutes drive away (Or about 20 mins walk) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy including a lovely Gelato shop It is not a quiet neighbourhood due to the local churches, dogs barking and airplanes taking off from nearby Malpensa airport but that is not fault of the host Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We stayed two nights as a family to explore Milan as a stopover. The accommodation was everything as described and Nicola was accessible at all times and gave good tips. Next time we want to explore Milan we will come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Anna’s accommodation. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, in the quiet part of Novara (20’ walk to the city centre) with plenty of free on street parking. Anna is a very friendly and responsive host. We definitely recommend staying here

We were traveling with another family. The accommodation was perfect also for our toddlers. we immediately felt comfortable as if it were our home. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms were all rounded off. Two towels had been provided for each guest whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. In addition, she provided the beds for us as we needed. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us superbly. In addition, you have also left a little attention there for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

There are many entertainment facilities. The room is large and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The fatigue of the day can relieve the fatigue of the day after the exhibition. There is gas that can be done by some hometown dishes. There is a supermarket next to it within walking distance. Our whole team unanimously decided that we will stay here again in two years, making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

Everything was perfect. We were a group of 11. The house is very well designed. Very clean, true to photos, quiet location and perfect location to go to the Monza GP. Thanks to hosts!!!

Alex is very attentive and very kind. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We'll go back when we have more free time. 100% recommended for those who want to escape reality for a few days.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Pure relaxation! We (6 people, two families friends) had a great time in Cascina Vercellina. Absolutely quiet, large pool, huge garden (which our dog especially loved). Excursions to the surrounding area have added our week: to the monastery and pilgrimage town of Oropa (UNESCO World Heritage Site), to Turin (approx. 60 min drive), Biella (great butchers and beautiful small shops) and a trip to La Bessa, an Azienda Agricola, where we bought hazelnuts and nut cream. Cristina (co-host) was super friendly and helpful with tips. Exciting for our budding biology student: there are numerous animals and plants to discover! We enjoyed that too.

Very friendly host. The vibe was nice and relaxing, great interior and facilities. It is placed pretty remote, but easy acces to the place - it is like at nice hotel, just smaller, more private with very good vacational and cozy facillities - nice to have the outdoor kitchen and you can have groceries in the fridge :)

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.
