Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Midtown, Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

It was spacious and comfortable. The top deck and extra sitting area was nice. The kitchen was great for gathering with plenty of room.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

We had a very nice time on this trip; the home was perfect for our family get-together. Our host was available, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The accommodations were clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Christie’s home was a total gem! We were traveling through town with our pets, and the space was exactly what we needed: warm, cozy, super duper pet friendly (massive fenced in back yard!). The house is in a quiet residential area, but still super central to East Nashville spots and downtown. Christie was very kind, helpful and responsive. I would definitely return!

The hosts were great and always reached out just to check in and make sure things were going smoothly. The unit was excellent, spotless, great location, and well equipped for a stay longer than a day or two. The beds, pillows, and linens, were extremely comfortable. A couple things to know/keep in mind… the king room is directly across from an active fire station so get your white noise set up on your phones or bring earplugs. A better shower head in the main bathroom would be great (water pressure is lacking) and there are usually some snacks laid out in spots like this but there were none at this unit upon arrival. Overall a fantastic stay, great unit, and great hosts. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Nashville.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Fantastic stay! the apartment was even better than expected. Clean, spacious with super comfy beds and high quality linens. The host was responsive when we needed to contact her with questions and even checked on his because of an unusual snow storm during our visit. Would totally stay here again.

This was our second stay at this BNB. It’s perfect and will always be where we stay when we are in Nashville! It’s very clean and organized. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough to get away from the crowd if you want to wind down. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. So many great things to do! This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s 21st birthday trip in Nashville! We would get an uber to go back and forth from Broadway so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking. Cute boho vibe too 💙

Me and boyfriend enjoyed the home it was exactly like the photos. It was very beautiful, very peaceful. It was not far from downtown we loved it. We highly recommend if you’re going to Nashville Tennessee to book with Paula.

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

The location was perfect, with attractions nearby and walking distance to Broadway Street. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.
