Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Midtown, Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Rob was great to work with and very accommodating! Very quick to respond and the place way great!

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect place for a group of 8! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Large enough to have your own space when needed and great common areas on the bottom and top floors. It was about a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway and conveniently located to everything. The neighborhood is not visually appealing, but we had no troubles at all and never felt uneasy. Rachel was very communicative and checked on us a few times during our stay. We really enjoyed the space and would definitely come back!

Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

I cannot recommend Randy&Diane’s location enough! It was our first time in Nashville and I’m so happy we decided on this Airbnb. The location was AMAZING. I think it took us no more than 7 minutes in a LYFT to get to broadway. The neighborhood has so many restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe - all very walkable too! Anytime I messaged the host they responded almost immediately and were so helpful! So thankful for such an amazing stay!!!! The Airbnb was spotless and sooooo freakin cute! The beds were so comfy!! I could go on and on about how much I just adored this place!!!

The place itself is great and honestly looked better than the photos! If you're planning on spending a lot of time downtown, the distance does cause the cost of ride shares to really add up. But if you want more of a retreat and plan to mostly stay in the room (or have a car), it's a great option!

We absolutely loved this place, and will be back! Bekah was great at responding, gave us a couple recommendations, and check in/check out was as smooth as could be. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.
