Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

Michael was a fantastic host with a chill spot to match. Spacious bedrooms with TVs in each room. Pristine kitchen and bathroom. Around the corner from quite a few nice restaurants. Great place to stay!

Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

This home was one of my favorite AirB&B’s thus far, it was so thoughtfully set-up through out. Everything we needed, and more, was made available. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, well stocked kitchen, etc. The host, Emily, was very responsive and kind in her communication. I highly recommend this space. Also to note, we chose this house because it was near Emory Decatur Hospital and the location was perfect.

Naomi’s home was extremely clean and homey. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Naomi communicated well, and added special touches such as a bouquet of Tulips and Champagne for the New Year. The neighborhood was average, and quiet especially for a holiday. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants accessibility to downtown Atlanta as it was only approximately 15 minutes away. It was also near numerous hiking trails.

We had a great stay at Intown Cozy! The location and house were exactly what we needed for our weekend in Atlanta. Ross and Jean were great about providing information and very responsive- great to work with! The house was immaculate, well equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully and tastefully supplied and decorated with fun touches. The house had a nice deck and backyard space although we were visiting family and didn't use it. We had a great experience and we will definitely book again if needed.

Linda’s place was a great find! Close to State Farm Arena and extremely affordable. Everything was clean and tidy. I will definitely stay at Linda’s listings again!

Seans place was super clean and close to many attractions you might be interested in visiting (ex: Coca-Cola museum). It was nice and quiet at night and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

This place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and spacious. The bed was also extremely comfy and I was able to sleep well. However, the kitchen could use some things like foil or clear wrap, and ziplocs, but they have your basic pots/pans, one 8x8 baking pan, utensils, etc. The host was also super fast to respond when I had trouble connecting to the app to let myself in, and they unlocked the door within 30 seconds! I would stay here again when visiting Atlanta :)

Jade was a thoughtful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their home. The location was perfect walking distance to several stores (including a Trader Joe’s), and the neighborhood was so quiet. The kitchen amenities were top notch and we appreciated being able to access the place easily through the garage. Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again!

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Russ’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was cozy and the king bed was warm and inviting. The neighborhood was walkable and close to Piedmont Park and several midtown restaurants and activities. Russ was the best! He got an adapter for our rental EV and was flexible with our check-out time. We’ll definitely look up Russ’s place on our next trip to Atlanta.

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

such a lovely, quiet space for us to be while we were away from home. It was extremely close to Emory where my husband had his surgery. I was able to get away from the hospital and take a break because hospitals are exhausting. Netflix and wifi - what else is there? lol. Their beautiful dog was so friendly. Not a complaint with any part of our stay. AND.. the main house looked incredible.

The place was as described. The host communicated well and the unit is in a nice location close to Lee and White and the Marta station. Worked well for a quick overnight to catch a flight.

Victor was the most accommodating host I’ve had since I started making reservations on Air bnb. The apartment was so clean and cozy and had an awesome fenced in yard for my dog. The place was equipped with everything plus more. Was there for almost a month and I will most definitely reserve this unit again.

The host was super friendly and helpful to places I wanted to explore in Atlanta. He was response time was very fast and helpful to any questions I had. Overall this place and host was excellent highly recommended.

I thought Tonya’ place was peaceful and what I needed for my lil dog and myself. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! She was also super friendly and thoughtful in letting me stay longer due to a snowstorm and letting the snow melt before I left for my safety. I appreciated that so very much.
