Very great and easy to get to and access with great amount of amenities and everything you need to have a comfy stay I highly recommend for anyone coming to Midland.

Quiet area, well-equipped space, spotless. Not the newest, not the fanciest, but quiet and clean and a good value. Definitely recommend. Only minor issue was at times the internet would drop intermittently and not stay connected. Happened on two occasions, both in the morning.

This place went way above my expectations and was very clean and neat. Jamie was very responsive from booking to leaving. Would highly recommend this place.

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

Area was great other than kids being kids everything else was wonderful

Enjoyable and comfortable stopover. Clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Comfy king bed. And a 2 car garage! Quiet family oriented neighborhood with a park a few blocks away. Jensel is a friendly and proactive host who made us feel welcome. Definitely would stay here again.

The heater went out am during my stay this week and the temperature was under 17 degrees. The host was very responsive and had the tech out as soon as an hour. I was appreciative for her quick response. I will stay again.

Was an awesome place and Raymundo is the best host and was able to even get refunded the money from days not spent easy to work with would definitely stay again.

When I arrived, I noticed something was leaking in the bathroom. I immediately contacted Mike and he was there within 20/30 minutes to check things out. He came in & quickly fixed the issue. The response time was prompt & the problem didn't arise again the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this property for a single person or a couple any time. It was quiet, clean, and absolutely smelled amazing.

Very comfortable bed, good shower. Full size fridge. A really easy and comfortable place to stay. Exactly as described and looked better in person than in the pictures! I felt safe and it was quiet. I’ll for sure stay here again.

The area and the home were so peaceful and as shown in the pictures, the communication from the host were clear and fast and very kind. I felt very comfortable.
