Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Middletown

Everything about our stay was perfect! The space is exactly as described and pictured. The check in instructions were very clear and the covered parking is a major plus. Everything was pristine so we could truly just unpack and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a delightful time in Providence staying at Colin's AirB&B. The flat was full of beautiful photos, color, and it was clean and comfortable. Colin was a great host. He was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He even helped us bring in our luggage. I hope that he will have available room whenever I return to Providence!

We decided to do a weekend getaway to Providence and this place was perfect to stay at! It was nice and peaceful. The place was clean and exactly as described. Mike even let us do an early check-in. I would def suggest! If you are planning to do more in Rhode Island I would suggest having a car since this place is a little outside the city center but other than that it was perfect! I liked how quiet the neighborhood was.

I would definitely stay here again, close to downtown and right in the historic district of Providence. I felt right at home.

We’re had a delightful week at Matt’s property in downtown Bristol. I was visiting my daughter who attends RWU. The location was perfect for quick trips to campus and early morning walks on the waterfront. The location was great and the property perfect for our needs. It’s always great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. It may be our favorite Bristol Airbnb!

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do the place justice, it is in a super quaint location and perfect walking place to everywhere in downtown. Highly recommend!

Very cute spot in an excellent location. Near shops, restaurants, cafes, a nice gym and everything Newport has to offer! Check in and check out was simple, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location and very comfortable home. Very close to Newport. Kitchen is a good size, there are two beds with different firmness (very important to me personally). House is stocked well with amenities you would need! Peaceful and cozy location. I had a great stay and would recommend.

My husband and family stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for everyone to have plenty of space! The outdoor table and grill were perfect as was the outdoor shower! That was heaven. We highly recommend this little gem near the beach!

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

Our annual pilgrimage to RI for Thanksgiving was wonderful! It’s so nice to have had a beautiful and comfortable home base for our family while visiting family in the area. We all thought the beds were really comfortable, and the layout of four bedrooms was ideal. I was pleasantly surprised by the half bathroom downstairs, complete with washer and dryer. (My college-aged son loved being able to do his laundry!) We loved the Keurig coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful island along with plenty of counter space. The host was beyond thoughtful to provide small bags of assorted snacks, two small bottles of delicious Newport Vineyards wine (thank you! So delicious), and cold bottled waters in the fridge. All of those were much-appreciated touches. Having grown up in Middletown, I’m familiar with the area. I loved the location of this home, it was so close to downtown Newport, shopping, and of course beautiful Second Beach. We’d love to return to this home in the summer!

What a beautifully decorated home! Close to the beach & loved that a beach cart, chairs & boggie boards were included. Although we brought a few of our own, was nice to have extra boggie boards. Great places to gather outside & loved having an outdoor shower. Loved having a water filter right in the fridge. My girls loved the porch that has been coverted to a bedroom with two beautiful full size beds. Loved that it had what we needed an no clutter to distract. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. A great vacation for the family!!

Our stay at Derek’s place was great! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there is a public beach within a 10 minute walk. This is a great place to stay for a family vacation

The house was easy to find a great location for visiting Newport. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to restaurants, vineyards and the shoreline. The house was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults on this mom’s get away weekend. We visited a vineyard, went on a food tour, walked the Cliff Walk and spend a quiet evening at home. I would definitely recommend Ken’s place!

Troy's place is perfection! Great location and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, too! It was our first time visiting Newport and will definitely be back. The condo was walkable to everything. Troy was very responsive. We will definitely be back to Newport in the future and hope to stay at Troys place, if it's available.

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.

We had a perfect stay at this well-appointed and well-located apartment. We took advantage of the RISD Museum (and its great cafe) being just steps away as well as the Atheneum and the John Hay Library. Our car was a touch too wide to use the lot, so we opted for street parking and never had an issue getting a spot. The apartment itself is super clean and all furniture and items as shown in photos were present and in great condition. We slept comfortably in the huge primary bedroom (great mattress + good quality linens) and our two kids fit just right in the smaller bedroom on the twin and trundle. Plenty of extra sheets & towels available and the washer & dryer were easy to use. Even on the coldest days, the apartment was warm and cozy. No issues at all with wifi, tv, appliances, plumbing, etc. One small hidden gem I want to shout out is the Electromagnetic Pinball Museum in Pawtucket - $10 for all you can play and the staff were great. 10/10 would stay again (& hope to)!

Great location- walkable to all restaurants and shops. This place has two assigned parking spaces across the street. Place is very clean and has all needed supplies. Would stay again.
